The building is old, dirty, dark, smell smoky, some business running in the same building, and we meet someone keep asking where we want to go and any service that we need when we walk along the corridor. We just stay next to the rubbish room. It is so disgusting. Anyway, this is beyond control for the guesthouse, just for myself i thik is not suitable for the family stay. The toilet look disgusting too, could be due to not well maintenance, look dirty eventhough after clean up, the bidet not work well too. Water flow is damn slow, toilet flush not working well too. Water heater temperature is not consistent, suddenly hot suddenly cold could be due to water flow. First two days we still can bath with the slow water flow and the temperature which is not consistent but at least with some hot water. The next day no hot water at all..weather is cold, my girl shower half way, suddenly no hot water at all, according to the customer service, it need to wait a while for the hot water, may be need time to boiled the water? We waiting for more than 20 minutes standing in the bath room, hope can continue but at last we give up, wrap her with the towel and go to other house to continue, luckily this time we travel with big families, we rent for 3 houses. Besides, before we came, i already check and told we to use the washing machine and the dryer, but after i wash all the clothes, the dryer is not functioning..even the next day after the technician come over. All my clothes smells bad and some was broken and color faded due to long hour in the dryer. The aircond control board is broken too, unable to adjust the temperature, even turn off..but they do ask technician to fix at the last day. Wifi is available but after connect totally unable to use. This is the house that i stay, the other house which is my uncle and parents in law stay is really old, the house is just feel too warm because unable to adjust the temparature too. My sister in law house is better than us, at least can shower althought the water flow is slow too, the fridge is new and everything look better than us. Customer service is good. Fast respond and polite and try to solve our problem although still unable to resolve.

Great location. Friendly and helpful owner/ helper. Will stay again for my next trip
