連續住了兩晚，房間衞生很好，若能增添掛衣更好，第二晚有人拍門，不知什麼人，沒有開門，若增加保安設施更好，下次來番禺旅遊也會入住。

第一間房有蟲子第二間房馬桶巨巨巨臭房間不算大而且新裝修一進去就是甲醛味但都算了有蟲子！牆邊的修邊全是開的而且裝修質量真的很差不值這個價格環境真的很一般馬桶反臭味真的受不了

酒店新開，設施衞生應該都好的，可空調噪音很大（風速越小反而越響），加上電梯口，浴巾確實掉毛，網速也慢的，一晚上挺難🤷

1.前台人員職業操守差，專業素養低，責任心不強，健身房問題多次反饋尋求解決，答覆可以使用但遲遲無法落實，態度消極，進度遲緩。
2.健身房無法使用，且地方屬於7層足療店內，很不方便。
3.毛巾質量差，吊毛嚴重，雪人☃️。
4.洗衣房在8層，空間狹小，衹有兩台，且需要付費方能使用。

The lobby is very big and the stay is very comfortable. I like it very much when traveling with my sisters. I am very satisfied with my stay. I like it and will come again next time. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and the service is very good.
