The price/performance ratio of this village homestay is very high. The overall feeling is good. The room and bed are clean. There is an electric water heater in the toilet. There is a fan even if you don't need air conditioning. It is close to the subway station and not very noisy. The sound insulation is average. A large cockroach 🪳, a specialty of the south, appeared in the room and was killed by my shoe. It would be better if the window was equipped with a screen. When there is water on the bathroom floor, it will be a bit slippery when wearing sandals. Be careful when walking. The proprietress is easy-going.

Its an ultra budget room, really basic and was always damp and had lots of mosquitos in the room
the street is extremely loud all night and early morning and there is little sound proofing so it will keep you awake
Goood things, strong Wi-Fi and amazing food all around it and close to the metro
Probably would not stay or recommend, the room always felt wet and damp inside

We have booked the hotel room by Trip.com but when we arrived , there was no one on the reception .after more than one hour then we got help from a Chinese person. He called the owner and she came and she said there is no room. We have to cancel the room at night around 10.Pm. then we said we have already paid the money by the website. Then she took us to a other hotel. We just survived the night at that room somehow . but I want to thanks that Owner to take us to another place to stay one night . The omen was good, but the hotel service was not good. The business is not good, but the person is good.
