子供がRVに泊まりたいということで利用しました。川の近くにあり、自然にあふれたところでした。食事はスタッフに頼むと注文してくれます。

非常整潔乾淨！服務員非常熱情！還有河流沙灘，下午沒太陽的時候再去比較好，要不然太曬，不怕曬的可以隨時去。還有潘多拉星球的燈光秀，晚上九點就關了。周邊都是代開發狀態，以後會越來越好！早餐也非常豐富，三明治雞扒意大利麪等等！燒烤材料滿兩百塊錢，調料碗碟還有碳都是服務員準備好了，坐等自己燒烤就行了，兩百塊錢夠兩人吃得飽飽的，青菜和土豆片都吃不下了。

很適合一家人，每個房車都有一個挺大的院子，房間衞生也很乾凈，電器都是大牌的，營地往下走幾分鐘就到了小河邊，白天可以帶孩子去玩水和沙子，這幾天晚上河邊還有活動，可以聽歌，還能放煙花，等天氣涼快一點再去玩

訂了親子房，小朋友很喜歡，園區環境安靜，晚上的燒烤很美味，服務人員態度很好！

服務太差，前言不搭後語，説了的話不承認。營地開放式的，所有人都可以出入，院子沒門鎖，安全係數低，去之前加幾次微信都不通過，營地娛樂設施沒啥，價錢不太值得。

After I made a reservation for a room upgrade to another category, they canceled the wrong order I made the first time. After many negotiations, I finally made a reservation with the same price on the app, and then they canceled my initial order and refunded me, which proves the hotel's internal room locking process. Confusion, refunds are opaque, and whether you can get a refund or make a reservation depends entirely on the hotel's side of the story. 2. After finally booking two rooms, I immediately paid two deposits of RMB 500 each to the hotel customer service at the hotel's request. My family planned to move in in two batches. After I entered the first room, I took my baby on a trip. , the room card for the second room was still at the front desk, I thought it would be more convenient for my family to go to the front desk to get it, but when my family came to the front desk, the customer service at the checkout said that I did not pay the deposit twice and would not give the room card to my family. As a result, my family had to wait for a long time in the hot weather before I rushed back to the hotel to deal with it. After negotiating with the hotel customer service and showing the WeChat transfer record, the customer service finally admitted that they had collected the deposit for the two rooms from me at the beginning, but refused to admit it. My family member was given a room card to check in, but the customer service was inconsistent and their integrity is questionable. 3. The hotel is in an open state, and there are no security guards at the three doors. The staff said that the hotel park is open to the public, and there is no obstruction to check how many people enter and exit the door. There are no patrolling security guards in the park, and most of the doors of the RV are made of glass. Some of the structures even have cracks. If there are criminals doing illegal things, it will be easy and the sense of security will be very poor after moving in! There are no room numbers or road signs in the whole park. It is up to a customer service staff to guide you. There are paper towels and garbage left by tourists all over the park. 4. We two women took a three-year-old baby to stay in a room that was said to be a deluxe double bed. There was only one quilt and no spare quilt. That night, we thought it would be more comfortable for the baby to cover himself with a quilt alone, so we called customer service. I want an extra quilt, and the answer is: there is no extra set of quilts. If the guest needs it, he can rent a hotel quilt, and the price is 80 for one bed and one night. Speechless➕Huangtang, that day I wanted to call 12345 or make a consumer complaint, thinking It didn’t affect my mood for traveling the next day, so I gave up. In addition, the toiletries in the room only include two sets of toothbrushes, and even basic care sets and combs and shower caps are not provided. Is this a room with 700 and 1110? It’s really a five-star price with a one-star package! All in all, this trip was inferior to the Four Seasons Hotel, and my good mood was almost cut in half. I will never stay at your hotel again!
