I have to say the service awareness is great. The front desk girls greeted us from a distance. And Auntie Yang, the guest room on the 8th floor, was very thoughtful. The room was small. I only wanted to stay for one day to try it out, but I ended up staying for four days because it was clean and comfortable.

這個酒店從它換成現在的管理公司前就住了10年左右了，之前一直很好，這次入住突然被告知前台不接收快遞，除非告知房號。
經常出差的都知道，有時候入住前會買一些必需品寄到酒店，其他酒店前台都是可以接收的，但是入住前快遞就到的話要怎麼告知房號？？簡直莫名其妙
前台還説什麼入住前收到快遞會查預訂訊息，既然會查那都查一下就是了，還*****讓快遞員打電話問房號幹嘛？你都查一下就是了
而且不接收快遞這一條，在訂房訊息裏沒有告知，如果你們覺得這個做法對的話，可以很自豪的在每張房間照片上加上備註前台不接收快遞，看看有多少人會訂房
