The greening outside the public areas/guest rooms is basically original. It is recommended that the greening outside the guest room’s landscape window sill be properly and regularly trimmed to improve the level and beauty of the greenery surrounding the guest room. Service: Whether it is the front desk, event venue, restaurant, or room service, the staff we encountered were very enthusiastic. I would like to thank brother Wu*zhi and his helping lady. Each activity was explained in detail. He is also very patient with noisy children! Some aunts may be too embarrassed to say hello for fear of disturbing tourists. I personally think they can be more proactive and show the resort's warm hospitality image, haha. The resort uses a butler service, with smooth communication and prompt response! I booked a duplex room in Chunxiangshe. Children's toothpaste is provided in the room. It is recommended that parent-child rooms be equipped with a small stool so that children can reach the sink. Hygiene: The overall hygiene in the park and guest rooms is great! There is no garbage visible to the naked eye, and there are a few trash cans. 廣州華南植物園我從小到今已遊過多次，當時就想去植物園裡住是怎樣一種體驗？就想着我遲早要來住一次，今天實現了這個小願望，開啟我兩天一夜的華南植物園暨琪林裏奇妙夜。或許很多人都想不到，原來華南植物園裡還藏着這樣精緻輕奢的主題酒店，大隱隱於市。我今天在一棟新晉純白創意酒店——琪林裏體驗華南植物園的日與夜。淇林裏就在温室區旁邊，坐擁2500㎡野地綠林，獨享華南植物園的野趣。漫步在酒店裡目之所及皆是葱鬱春意。琪林裏有600平米的親水大草坪，透明懸浮的湖心亭，極景天台花園 。這裏的房間都配置了一整面落地玻璃窗，臨窗而坐，湖景園林一覽無餘，每天起床拉開窗簾就是美景。我住的房開窗即是一盛放的紫荊花樹，觸手可及。這裏的服務十分之貼心友好，提前添加客服，酒店的服務超級貼心：定製迎賓水果（3種）、飲料暢飲（4樣）、養生早餐（中，西各一、三花陳皮雪燕湯（夜宵），散步需要的一切都備妥（防曬噴霧、蚊怕水、扇子、遮陽傘等等），房間還有歡迎廣東特色果脯，這些都是贈送的哦。另外我提及紀念日後又送了個精緻好味的水果蛋糕。我覺得超讚的還有贈送之兩樣體驗活動。今天下午體驗的户外跟拍攝影十分之好，攝影師專業素質極好，一路有講解各種植物的獨特之處，小朋友和大人都學到了不少東西，特別是他邊拍邊跟我們介紹華植裏的特色植物，知道了火燒花可以當指甲套、某些葉子揉碎了發出檸檬的香味、蒜頭的香味、香樟的香味，成長後就會側的側柏，還有葉上花、蝦米花、鴛鴦茉莉…小朋友非常喜歡。同時也拍攝了很多靚相，實在是一次奇妙之旅。
