We booked Mountain View room, but didn’t get it. Tried to change it 2 times, but in vain. The receptionist told all up rooms are full already, so our holiday mood was ruined. Such a disappointment. We got room on the second floor and 2 days looked at Kids playground area(((( so it was Angry birds view, not Mountain at all((((((((( and the next day they started fixing something, so it was noisy ((((

This B&B is very good, very unique, with an excellent location, convenient transportation, and delicious breakfast! Facilities: Special decoration! Environment: Quiet environment! Service: Warm and hospitable!

The hotel environment is quite good. There are few hot springs, but the water is relatively clean. There are 6 in total, one of which is not open. There are a lot of debris dropped from the trees on the two pools near the side. There is also a swimming pool. The children like this hot spring very much. The hotel room is strange. The bedroom space is relatively tight, and the bathroom is very spacious. There is no table in the room, and there is no place to put clothes. It is not very convenient. The parking lot is not big, and it can park more than 20 cars in total.

The location is very good, by the Liuxi River. I upgraded the room type and stayed in a newly renovated riverside room. The temperature dropped on the day of check-in and it was very windy! The room is large enough to accommodate three people. I like the terrace the most. I can soak in the pool and drink by the fire along the river. It is a perfect place to be friends. The hotel has prepared fishing gear for each room and you can fish in the room. The breakfast is unique and It's very rich; only the room only includes a pool of hot spring water, and you have to pay 100 yuan for an additional one, which is quite stingy.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service staff was warm and kind. In order to go to the storm syllable, I didn't expect it to rain on the first day. Imperial Springs is a beautiful hotel set amongst a very serene Guangdong environment. Don't expect lots of busy activity here. Lots of quiet and it's often possible to not meet any other guests for hours at a time. The hot springs were peaceful and empty of people. There are staff on hand offering tea regularly. And it is open till late. To get around the facility you will be driven by a butler. They are always friendly and helpful. As a foreigner in China, I would say that Imperial Springs perfectly blends the experience of being in Guangdong, with aspects of staying in a hotel that will make a Westerner feel at home. I will be recommending it my colleagues and friends. There is both a Chinese food restaurant and a Western food restaurant. The Chinese restaurant did not have a menu available in English. Of course the hotel is a little on the pricey side. A bit cheaper would make the whole experience feel a bit better for customers. As always, it is the staff and people at a hotel that make the experience excellent. Ceci in the restaurant was very attentive and made sure I found some high quality food recommended from the chef. The hotel clearly employes highly professional catering staff. Rako and Michael also gave an excellent welcome tour to the hotel and took the time to drive me around to see the beautiful scenery.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. There is a children's park next to it. The location is convenient. There are many restaurants on the first floor. I ate at the hotel for two days. I ate seafood at noon on the first day of my stay. The prawns were very big. I had tea in the evening and the shrimp dumplings were delicious , I ate seafood again at noon the next day... quite satisfied. The equipment is new, and the complimentary sauna is also good👍.

The hotel is very new and very close to the school. There is a food festival and a foot bath next to it. The location is very convenient. It is recommended to live here because it is convenient to live on campus, there are many students living there, and there are many houses at the door.

The hotel staff is attentive and the lobby has a soothing lavender scent. When you enter the room, the curtains open automatically, and the distant mountains are green, and the mountains appear and disappear, like a landscape painting. This stay is a relaxing experience.
