i stayed here 10yrs ago & rooms were terrible with useless internet, really rubbish furnitutre. indian restaurant @ the time was rather expensive & food poor for cost/value Now 10yrs later; rooms have been refurbished/ internet is good. facilities much improved, advertised swimming pool seems permanently closed,. i thing maybe bait & switch tactics but not necessary. area has improved . many nearby food /restaurants./bars etc . muslim/turkish restaurant nearby indian restaraunt inside hotel is much better value/costs & food quality & have draft beer. plenty western draft beers./food nearby./10min walk i will stay here more often in future wierd iopen plan room designs. 2 sinks in room but nowhere for our toiletries/ etc. rather small shelf only toilet & shower doors open directly into room /no lobby so must use towel on floor to controlleaks from shower pointless big glass bathtub in room .

Super clean. Got a welcome card and a box of tasty treats upon arrival. Located within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. I stayed here two nights for work . Would return with my family for pleasure since there seems a lot to explore. The bedding was nice quality though the mattress a bit too hard for my taste.

Perfect hotel for our final (last stop) before heading home. Comfy bed, nice view, near to train station which connects to airport with just 1 transfer and going around the city. Rest and relax at the massage centre on level 7 and do your laundry foc at level 11. There is even iron there and cosy area for rest while waiting for the machine to do the magic.

Excellent service. fitness center swimming pool and spa are amazing! Very good hotel. Minor problem about noisy tv and air con. Provided quick fix that night, and reassure me they will provide long term fix. Also gave me small gift to compensate. Overall handling the issue very well. Please remember to fix. And for me, I will choose this hotel again for sure. Thank you for the amazing service and stay!

Heritage Hotel from the 30’s. Very nice hall, with a old fashioned taste. We arrived late in the evening (about 24:00), no concierge available at that time. Worst thing the room was very cold (14 degrees) and the heating air conditioning system was not working! Response from the Hotel staff was slow, trying first to pretend that the heating was ok and then after a long waiting, proposing a down-graded room, with some excuses... Then, after about half an hour, they delivered us a portable heater. Breakfast in the morning was below expectations, not well displaced, dirty tables and the staff again inattentive. Location is good for a walk in the old fashioned Shamian Island.

I had a wonderful experience at ( Landmark International Hotel). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Their foods were heavenly though more foreign foods could make it stand out. The hygienic condition was amazing. Will definitely recommend to my friends! Thank you.

The hotel's public spaces and rooms are clean and tidy, and the six elevators are very efficient. The rooms on the road side have double-glazed soundproofing. Miss Zhong, the assistant lobby manager, is meticulous in her work and arranged early check-in due to early arrival, which is very considerate.

Awesome location, just 5-minute walk from Guangzhou Station. The room is clean and you can find everything you need in the room, like TV, fridge, safe box, hairdryer and toiletries, but there's no facial tissue, so you'd better prepare it by yourself. I suppose this is a non-smoking room, but I can smell some smoke from the central aircon system during my second night. Though no amenities in this hotel, I still believe it is a good accommodation due to its inexpensive rate.

I come here every year, and this year I was particularly surprised because Cuixi was completely renovated. First, a Tang Dynasty-style gate was opened facing the stone tablet of Guangdong Hot Spring Hotel as an air intake. There are many 🏮, and Cuixi has become the best place in the hotel for feng shui. Second, during the National Day, many broad-leaved plants were added to the roads of the whole hotel, which was very well enriched and old but not old. Lanterns were pulled on the bridge, and the entrance was changed to a new Chinese style, with a super good atmosphere. Third, Cuixi took advantage of the situation and added three elevators, two passages, and a western restaurant. The flower windows have the style of Xiguan, and the rice walls have a sense of wabi-sabi. The facilities in the room are high-end and beautiful, carefully blending traditional history with modern technology. Fourth, the waiters have youthful faces, but their service style is that of the old-fashioned proper, which is really comfortable! The mountain breeze blows, and the spirit is relaxed. I especially recognize and thank Sister Yinying for her proper and thoughtful care for our family! Fifth, the mattress is just the right hardness, the pillow is at the right height, the seats are new, soft and quiet, and the hot spring, gauze curtains, Tmall Genie, and hot water facilities in the room are all very comfortable to use. It is a beautiful place that makes you forget about the past. It is really a health resort. I came here with all the troubles and fatigue from work, and when the mountain wind blew through the sixty-year-old trees and blew into the room, I almost forgot everything and couldn't even think about it. It is worthy of its reputation, a health resort for great men and a winter resort for ordinary people! Happy National Day.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the service is friendly, the room facilities are old, but very clean and tidy, it has everything a four-star hotel should have, there is a parking lot, but there are many cars, it is difficult to find a spot, the front desk clerk Xiaoqiu is very good, actively provide guidance and help in all aspects
