The preparation time for dinner was too long and it was impossible to eat at the agreed time. There was no tea for dinner. 3. The most unbearable thing is that there is no hot water supply throughout the whole process and there is no way to take a bath!! This brings the mood of the tired guests to the bottom after traveling. The B&B staff have no countermeasures and no compensation measures! 4. After falling asleep at night, I found that there was still no hot water the next morning, so I left the hotel early and drove to another hotel to take a shower. 5. When I left the hotel, there was no one at the front desk to greet me, and no one answered my phone calls! I was extremely disappointed!

We ordered a lunch, but it was not amazing, maybe we didn't know how to order. The noodles and vermicelli in the breakfast were also average, but the other dishes were pretty good. Because the room was too big, I didn't see the desserts in the evening, so half of them were wasted. They were delicious. I suggest that you write a note on the door in the future, or let the housekeeper inform you on WeChat. The batik tie-dyeing activity was very good, and the children liked it very much. The swimming pool and hot spring were also very clean.

As soon as I got off the car, I was seen by the boss and came out to greet me and take my luggage. The registration at the front desk was very fast. I could swipe my ID card or face recognition. It took less than a minute to register. The boss also introduced how to play in the scenic area and told us not to drive there and let him pick us up. To be honest, this pick-up is really great. Don't worry about it. Just get in the car and go. After playing for a whole day, just make a phone call and come to pick us up. Secondly, the location of the B&B is also very good. It is located near the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area. The waterfall is in the center of the valley behind the hotel. When I got up in the morning, it was smoky and there was a very beautiful sunrise. It rained a little at noon and I could see a rainbow. At night, I drank a cup of tea in the leisure area and breathed the fresh air of nature, and admired the waterfall at the bottom of the valley. The lights of the night tour should be in the air, making people feel as if there was a concert over there. Thirdly, let's talk about the room. The design is spacious and bright, more spacious than the big hotel, with complete facilities, and the scenery outside the window is picturesque. When I left, the boss also sent water to drink on the road. I hope that the hotels I encounter during this tour will have such quality and service. I will definitely choose your home next time.

Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.
