Truly a beautiful, serene hotel in a busy city. We especially loved our bathroom flooded with natural light from a tall skylight, huge bedroom oom and the most comfortable mattress I've stayed on in Guatemala so far. The breakfast was delicious in a beautiful courtyard and garden setting. A delightful touch is the front sitting room with complimentary water and friendly staff available for all our needs.

The photos make this little hotel look generic ... it's anything but . If you like boutique but without the price tag, book a night here and enjoy. Quiet, good neighborhood, comfortable beds, upscale, and friendly. They even offer a simple dinner if you want to stay in. This is my Guat City hotel, for sure. 

Unbelievable customer service. They care about all the customers that enter. Helped us with making transportation arrangements throughout the country. Antonio is very nice and helpful- he goes out of his way to be helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice. Coffee is good.
