Realice la reserva y al arribar para realizar el check in el encargado nos comento que no tenia disponibilidad y que el sistema de reserva no estaba operando adecuadamente, esto fue a las 21:00 y tuvimos que buscar otra opción.

Stayed here 2 / 3 of my times in Guayaquil. Good spot by the airport to sleep if you are in transit. The city itself is dangerous so best to keep near the mall de sol. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Good value for the room would recommend.

Location is perfect near the airport, easy to walk from there even. Staff helped me to do a fast covid test, call me taxi, gave me tea for free.. also they didn't charge anything even I checked out late. One person at least speaks good english. Even as a blond woman solo traveller I felt safe walking around the neighborhood (in the daytime) I went a short walk to Mall del Sol and also got nice and cheap breakfast, dinner and lunch nearby. I come back if I need to change a flight overnight in Guayaqil
