Stayed for one night. The hotel is a 20-minute walk away from the town centre in a very quiet location. The breakfast buffet was tasty (although I wish they’d had cream cheese for the bagels!) and I slept very well. The downsides: the iron I borrowed from Reception was in very poor condition, leaking water all over the floor (and my shirt!). And there’s only 30 minutes of free wifi per day, although you can buy more if you like.

The room i stayed in with my boyfriend was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the temperature was just perfect. Where it was located was a treat too. 15 minute walk from spectrum and 20 minute walk from the town centre. I loved the bed and look forward to booking at this hotel again in the near future.

Lovely! Very friendly and helpful :) Had a very lovely experience and Santosh Sohphiya Ashmita always had a smile on his face! He was the bartender and made our experience just that extra bit special! If he hadn’t been there to serve us I reckon my life would be in complete ruins so very glad I had the opportunity to be here at this very moment!

The environment at the hotel was very good and peaceful.. The food was very delicious and the staff members were very friendly, polite and helpful. Thanks to the manager and team members :Santosh, Anita and Ashmita for your hospitality . I will visit again.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. We got great support from Pratima for breakfast. The room met the standard while the checkin process was straightforward. The hotel was close to Uni of Surrey and town center. The car park was free but it could get full fairly quick. Will surely get back if we visit Guildford anytime in the future.

I stayed at the Guildford Travelodge last June. It was a lovely, clean and very comfortable room. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially Santosh and Steve, who went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay.

Stayed for 2 nights with some concerns after previous visit to another Travelodge a couple of years ago. Overall pleasant stay - dinner in the bar area a bit average. Rooms ok, top floor very warm.

Stayed one night as attending an event in Guildford. We had been warned about the parking, but actually had no problem. Remember to enter your reg no in pad at reception. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Room was clean. Get a room on the top floor as it is much quieter up there. Wifi is free for 30 minutes but good 4/5G so didn’t need it. There was no plug beside the bed which was needed for medical equipment, never had that problem before. Also there was no bath mat which would have been helpful, but the the shower was brilliant - hot and powerful. Overall a good stay.

We had a great stay in this property and we really enjoyed the stay. The staff were so kind and friendly. They were ready to help at anytime even in the midnight. Special mention to the receptionist (I guess her name is Amrutha) she was so nice and was very helpful with all the queries.

I went there with my friend last month. I stay two days there. I really like the vibe there. All the staff were really fun and helpful specially Pratima. She is really kind and helpful. Foods are good and tasty. She served me with so much care and love which I love the most. Hope to go there soon.

stayed for two nights and also payed for our daughter to have a room for one night,she had a room that someone had spilt something on the carpet so they moved her to another room that had a very noisy person next door, and next to the lift shaft so she could not sleep, and it drove her to tears. The next morning I made a complaint to the hotel manager and he sorted it out to our satisfaction with a refund of our daughters room. We were very pleased with the way he dealt with this. Thank You Hotel Manager.
