對於吃貨來説，酒店主要吃東西方便，出行方便，最主要還是要乾淨衞生，這裏幾乎滿足了我的所有需求，到酒店大堂就給我驚喜了，非常大氣有設計感，前台小姐姐推薦怕我們開車去景點不好找停車位，推薦我們打車去，沒想到去景點都好近，避開了鬧市嘈雜，打車到景點才10多分鐘，附近最近的景點才幾分鐘，酒店旁邊也很多吃的，還都是當地人的價格，晚上出去吃個燒烤糖水真的是一天遊玩的疲憊都消掉了，感覺這裏的物價和酒店的性價比，可以計劃到這個城市常住一段時間了

第一，環境和衞生問題：訂房時看到介紹顯示是2023年開業的民宿，以為各方面會比較新，但其實前身就是個酒店，很多設施都很舊，比如馬桶🚽，還有洗手池也是生銹的，房間桌面和榻榻米床頭的裝飾格子都是灰塵，可能很久沒人住。最無法接受的是，睡前拉上窗簾的時候，一衹小動物🪳竟然赫然掛在窗簾上🪳，表示受到了驚嚇！為了方便省事續住了一晚，隔天回來房間打掃好了但是配套的茶具沒有清洗，可能沒有想到我們會泡茶喝吧。最後是房間內提供的一次性用品質量一般般，比如梳子一梳就斷了，最好自備。第二，服務態度問題，前台服務員的態度從頭到尾沒有一點熱情或者温和不説，離開前我們在房間門前走廊的公共椅子上丟失私人物品，雖説不貴重，但是工作人員的態度讓人非常不舒服！沒有一點解決問題的態度，而是丟來一句讓我們自己報警。為了趕時間，我們衹能不了了之。總而言之，本次入住的體驗，在我們的桂林之旅中是個敗筆，連滴滴師傅都十分熱情，讓我們感受到作為外地遊客得到當地人的尊重和熱情，而本該讓人賓至如歸的酒店卻無法提供。
