去桂林旅遊訂的據説是中高端酒店，與實際及其不符合。考慮到離景區近，才訂的這家酒店，沒想到辦理入住等半天，告知我房間衞生沒有做好，都下午4點多，告訴我衞生沒有做好？？？有沒有搞錯，前台服務態度也不好，你們房間沒有做好，板着個臉給我看幹嘛，感覺是被迫來上班的，真的超級無語，整個住宿體驗極其糟糕。等了半天才住上，而且走廊就很大的味道了，房間味道更大，滿滿的甲醛味，，，後面換的房間也有味道，房間也是小的可以，對面就是別人家窗户，太沒安全感了。  衞生也不好地上有頭髮，早餐幾乎都是涼菜，能吃的超級少。領導解決問題也衹是送份果盤草草了事，對我們的需求和問題視若無睹。  本來旺季酒店就不好訂，臨時訂別的酒店又訂不到，也就好在離景區近，旺季四五百一間房可以有更好的選擇，建議大家多看看吧服務真的太差了，多看一些真實的評價和反饋

The experience was excellent. The cleanliness and facilities of the room were impressive, especially the river view room, which had a wide view and made people feel relaxed and happy. The free room upgrade increased the comfort of the stay. The breakfast was different every day and tasted very good. Overall, it was a very satisfactory accommodation experience. For future guests, I strongly recommend choosing such a room.

房間乾淨整潔誤以為，房間內設施無故障都能正常使用，服務人員也很也很熱情服務態度很好

I was stunned when I opened the curtains in the morning. It was so beautiful. The room was not tight, so I upgraded to a river view room for free. It was really beautiful. They also gave me a late check-out. The service was great. All the facilities were new and very clean.
