The location is OK about 15 minutes walking from the city center. The building from the outside is a bit old and not very nice but inside is comfortable. The room was nice, spacious, clean and quiet (with a orrible view) and the beds were a little tight and uncomfortable. Breakfast and dinner buffet are adequate and covers most requirements but they offer nothing exciting and they were identical every day. Dtaff is friendly and helpfiul.

The hotel’s sports facilities are first-rate, but the mattresses are relatively hard and need to be improved. The staff is friendly, the SPA is quite good, the 25-meter swimming pool is great, the GYM is very powerful, and the Gym staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast can be improved, it can be said to be right, but not very good. One night the air conditioner broke down and they changed the room at noon. It was not very pleasant, but the staff tried to solve all the problems in the most friendly way, which left me with a bittersweet taste because I woke up very tired, but Can't be disrupted because people want to solve it in a very friendly way, generally I recommend the hotel and will repeat it again regardless of defects.

Quite amazing hotel in a converted monastery. The rooms are not huge, but that didn't spoil anything. It's an easy walk in to the town. We had lunch in town and spent the afternoon in the beautiful hotel pool. The hotel grounds are well kept and offer unexpected treats such as the waterfalls. Dinner at the hotel was a treat, the food was excellent and the service first class. All the staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel. The hotel VILA GALE Maceió is a super-shower, the animation staff are amazing, my daughter has been crying back for having to leave him, super-sighted, super-respectful a super-shower. Uncle Babalu is a fantastic human being, we are in a heart broken with the goodbye. Uncle Fin, uncle Nescal and all the others who fled from my memory of the name now, all are amaiiii incredible all. The hotel and very good, wonderful food all perfect.
