I made a reservation and visited because it seemed like a hotel in Switzerland or Austria. The room layout I liked was Western style, but it was a bit disappointing that it was a smoking room. It's good because it's close to Nagoya. In general, it's pretty and neat. The temperature in the village may be somewhat low due to the high altitude. The restaurant manners are the best. I will go again.

Very nice hotel, but there is no taxi to the supermarket, the hotel restaurant is too expensive, and it takes an hour and a half to walk to the nearby supermarket.

In the Takasu Ski district, this is about the most impressive hotel option. Since there is very little dining options in the town of 1 street, we are thankful for the good quality restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
The rooms decor is dated but in very good condition, for a moment I felt like I was in an Austrian ski lodge.
The onsen was also dated but in good functioning condition.
There is on site parking which may not be enough during peak season. Then again, Takasu ski-jo looks like a day trip option.

It's only a 15-minute drive from Takashima Ski Resort. Although the hotel rooms are a bit old, they are spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good.

The room is clean and comfortable, and every service staff is friendly and patient. After coming back from skiing, I take a bath in the hot spring to relieve my soreness, and then go to have dinner. I don’t have to worry about what to eat for dinner. The meals for dinner are all delicious. It’s a great restaurant!
