Let's start with the positives. Our room on the third floor at the front overlooking the sea was very spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and very nice bed linen. The only thing we didn't find that would have been useful was an iron and ironing board. The views from the balcony were stunning. The bathroom was large with good toiletries and space to put things away. The shower may not have been the most powerful but worked fine and hot water was always available. Breakfast was excellent, served until 11 am, with an extensive buffet selection and cooked to order items. On the less positive side, whilst the mornings were great the beach bar DJ started up at 2 pm with thumping bass'y music increasing in volume as the afternoon went on. This doesn't make for a relaxing time on the beach. Whilst to be expected in the main season we had not anticipated this in the first week in October. It was quieter sitting by the pool but if you like to sit on the beach in peaceful and tranquil surroundings this is not the place for you. The other significant negative was the excessively expensive food and drink. For some bizarre reason the menus are priced in Euros but billed in Turkish Lira which makes checking the bill quite difficult. Very few bottles of wine under 100 Euros and food choices were limited unless you wanted to pay a fortune. This had the effect of pushing guests away from the hotel to eat and drink; those who could easily afford it simply weren't prepared to pay unrealistic prices for what was on offer. A bottle of Pinot Grigio Blush was over 2,000 Lira when you could buy exactly the same in the supermarket five minutes walk up the road for 300 Lira. A 600%mark-up seems somewhat greedy! Unlikely we will stay here again.

When we arrived, we greeted a very laughing and kind attitude. Our room was very beautiful and decorated. We made a breakfast in the room and the breakfast taste was very successful. It was also too much in diversity. There is a small kitchen section in the rooms. There are many kitchen products inside the toaster. You can buy extra things and cook here for yourself. There is also a potato table in the room, which I think is very well thought. When you enter the hotel, the concept is already given. Every 3 days a room is cleaned, but they also tell you they can help if we want extra. So I can't say I'm very busy with the cleaning event in the comments. It's about how you used the room. We were two people and I can say that the room was enough. The bed comfort is beautiful. I didn't think anything else but we liked very much and there will be a place we would definitely prefer in our next holiday. Thanks very much to everyone.

The hotels are very nice and they care about cleanliness. The animators ensure good fun all the time, every evening there is a new attraction, they come around and ask if everything is OK. I recommend Muhamet if you need anything. the entire stay was problem-free and pleasant.

The Poyz hotel is one of the nicest places that we have stayed in Turkey. The price was right and competitive. The location was perfect and within few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was large, modern, beautiful, and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was customized, delicious, and included everything. The staff were very friendly, courteous, gracious, and helpful. I had a parking spot right in front of the hotel. We definitely plan to return and stay here again hopefully soon.

Everything was great the garden and the pool were wonderful, the staff were the friendliest people i’ve ever met, very helpful and nice. On the first night we arrived so late and we were hungry and they gave us free food even though their kitchen was closed. Overall the place is very good considering the amount of money you pay but it they could improve in cleaning the bathroom and the floors

1st of all we didn’t pay a lot for 3 of us for 5 nights , but their is a few issues with the hotel that need sorting out, 1st of all the towels round the pool and beach situation if u don’t get their by 8 in the morning you will struggle to get a bed at all it’s ridiculous some people don’t even come back till after lunch which is really unfair to everyone ….. entertainment round the pool , Harry was amazing he’s great at his job , but the only thing is it’s all for adults only my girl is 9 and to big for kids club and not aloud to join in with the games at the pool which she was upset about… jet 2 advertised it as an ultra all inclusive and trust me it’s not even close in the lobby they have a few branded drink but unless u tip you struggle to get them the drinks round the other cars where terrible I was drinking all day and didn’t even feel tipsy says everything.. the buffet food was disgusting really bad quality maybe personal taste but not impressed at all if u like cheese and salsa you will like tho as theirs a good choice of that but meat wish was terrible, breakfast was terrible not for the English at all , people smoking while your eatting everywhere was very disappointed about that … Was never informed that u could use the Italian, or Turkish restaurant in the day had to work that out ourselfs once we did we enjoyed the food a lot better plus the service was so much better in them.. if u want to book the alacart restaurants at night don’t bother if your 5 mins after 9 you won’t get a table it’s ridiculous then u walk past later on and it’s half full which was annoying everyone we spoke to… accommodation it was clean not as nice as it looked on the pictures but lucky we had a high floor so we could see the sea of your on a lower floor terrible veiws everyone will be looking at u as they pass u … if you don’t like stairs this hotel isn’t for u theirs so many it’s crazy I’m a fit person so I’m fine with it but honestly if your not this hotel is not for u Trust me … staff most were great wish I got some of their names the sercuity guard on the beach was so nice and a guy in the Italian was really good just can’t remember their names…view & grounds at the hotel r very nice I will say best bit of the holiday, over all I probably wouldn’t go back as of the all inclusive drinks were rubbish and food very basic..

Stayed here for the third time and this is the first since the hotel went all inclusive. All of the good things about our previous visits remain including the excellent rooms with decent air conditioning (we stayed in standard room in F block), the lovely gardens, and many of the same fantastic staff. Guest relations were very helpful in relaying some local knowledge for us including what cash points are best for which banks. Housekeepers were regular and thorough. The room was spacious, the bed large (great mattress and pillows). The en suite was also spacious with a very very good shower. Good amenities including a fridge and a TV. In addition, 1.5 litre bottles of water are provided to your room every day which saved nipping out and refreshing all the time. WiFi available in all areas of the hotel, however speeds were spotty at times, but unless you're planning on streaming the whole trip, you'll be fine. The bars are available pretty much all the time and the local included selection of drinks is nice. Efes is the beer on tap, and the local cocktails are fairly good (if not limited to small glasses). Note: After 11pm drinks become chargeable. There are also water and juice stations dotted around the pool areas allowing you to help yourself. The pools are a decent size. The main pool by the restaurant is nice and large, as is the one on the 3rd floor terrace (lift available). In-between there is a plunge pool in the garden area which is a lot smaller but offers a nice quiet place to sunbathe. The food at the all inclusive is typical of other places we have been. Offering the usual of salad items, a chicken option, a beef option, and a Turkish option most days. Where the food is nice, there are many local places nearby which (as a paid for commodity) inevitably better. On our 2 week stay we split 50:50 on eating in and out at night. The snack bars by the pools offer pizza and chips at the terrace pool, and burgers / nuggets and chips at the main pool. Of the 2 we preferred the pizzas but generally we do prefer pizza anyway. Coming on to optional extras. There is a unisex hairdresser here offering haircuts, hair colouring, Turkish shaves and manicures / pedicures. I opted for a haircut and Turkish shave which set me back about 20 quid, but it was a lovely experience. There is also a Turkish bath here which I strongly recommend. Emin and his team are very personable and professional. We opted for the £40 package (twice!) which included a sauna, wash and peel, foam massage, bronzing oil massage and face mask treatment. All told we were in there for around 90 mins per session and came out both times feeling thoroughly relaxed. Definitely a highlight of the trip. On site there is a shop which sells inflatables, alcohol, chocs, and toiletries including sun cream. It's cheap enough but you will find all of it cheaper out in the town (price of convenience).
