I was not given the room i was supposed to be given, no balcony room, instead the room allotted to me was in poor condition with water leaking and very congested. No basic amenities were there

I stayed for 15 days, Pros:
1. Location wise it is good, near to sikanderpur metro. 2. Breakfast was complimentary(not many options) but was good.
3. Staff behaviour is good Cons:
1. Hotel lacks basic things, No room heater(current temp is 9 c, no hair dryer. 2 . Room was clean but not to expectation(few things were missing like lamp shade on one side of bed, only the bulb was visible)
