The bus were not reachable and giving an automatic reply. First time i am facing issue with makemytrip. Please ask the service provider to at-least pick call instead of an automatic reply. Can i get refund atleast. Dropped all my plans

Size of a deluxe room might feel small if taken for two people. Staff is polite and helpful in resolving any inconveniences. Food menu has variety and tastes decent. Liked dal khichdi. Overall an experience without any hassles. Nothing very delightful but nonetheless, nothing disappointing.
