OYO Townhouse 141 Sector 14 Old Gurgaon

Terrible stay, complete waste of money and time. First notable suggestion is If you want to book a stay anywhere in India never ever go through OYO. Because OYO is using terrible unfair practices of customer harassment on the name of their own properties naming Townhouse. If Somehow you get into their (OYO's) trap they will lend you to the hotel promising the best pricing stays but when you go for check in, the staff at their so called townhouse or harassment centers, firstly they were like your booking has been canceled due to the low price booking and if you want stay give them the extra money. Just for an example for this property OYO charging you 600-700 per night but when you reach there they will be like we have the lowest price room starts from 1500. If you want to stay then pay just double. This is the OYO part, let's come to the hotel part, very terrible hotel room. No cleaning in the room, cockroach were there on room's floor and bed bugs in bed. They don't clean the rooms before guest check in. Found so much trash under the bed including cigarette buds, wrappers etc. Bathroom taps were raining. Geyser & AC were working fine, no complaints. Room sizes okay. Room service is very pathetic, for even a water bottle eighter you have to wait more or you have bring it by your own. Receptionists are like our all staff is busy. Don't come here if you are on vacation or traveling as couple or group. Staying here doesn't worth the charges they are asking for. Food doesn't worth the pricing. Never go with this property, instead of this one you can choose hotels near bus stand or best could be if you select a pg which will provide you non AC room with for 500/- per day. These PGs can be found in a Lan I front of or near Maruti Sec 22 area.
