This is not a 4-star hotel; not even a 3-star. It may be considered a 2 to 2.5-star hotel.please don’t book considering 4 star, if you are spending that much, stick with Aerocity. • The outside looks more like a poorly lit small bungalow than a hotel. • There is no lobby, just a dingy front desk area without a working AC, making it terribly warm on that day (July 24, 2024). • The bathroom has a smell. • The toilet seat has permanent stains. • The mattress had stains (see attached picture) and the room was poorly ventilated.

The experience was not good. Reached in the evening for a later check in, still the room was not cleaned and ready and a staff member was occupying the same on temporary basis. The paint on the walls was peeling off and the AC was in terrible condition (it was very old). The room looked dingy. The breakfast option were very limited and the quality was okay. I will never book at this facility again.

The hotel looked worn out, kettle wasn't provided had to ask for it. Ac wasn't service it was dusty. Morning room service took 1 hr for a cup of tea.

Property is okayish at its best. Not well maintained, they need to up their game with room renovations as it's an old property with walls c reeking. Everything is nice. Breakfast was same throughout but good.

The room was dingy, with too much dust not cleaned properly, you can see paint patches too ac was not working the bathroom was not cleaned i have raised the complaint still no solution was given or they have changed my room. There was something in the bed because of which got rashes. Won't recommend
