Just stated there for the very last time because it was already booked and couldn’t get a refund. Management is a disgrace, no respect for customers, knowing I was a repeat guest for over 3 years.

Room was nice. We noticed a slight smell when we walked in, but it quickly wore off. The lampshade was very stained, but everything else was pristine. Breakfast was good, staff were so very polite. Couple minutes from the park. We would definitely come back.

We stood here while doing a company picnic at Six Flags Great America. The hotel is not modern or new but the staff is so friendly and kind which makes it worth it. They have great customer service.

Upon checking in, everything seemed okay. We quickly realized that the good smell in the room was just febreze. Within a couple of hours, our room stunk horribly. My daughter and I were bitten by bugs when we woke up (though we don’t suspect bed bugs). We requested a different room and got moved. The room we were moved to smelled okay initially because the window was wide open, A/C was running on high, and the room was clearly just febrezed. This room wound up smelling of urine horribly.
I felt bad because the staff members all seemed so friendly, nice, and genuinely caring.
I don’t know if we just had bad luck with the rooms or if it’s property wide, but the smell in our rooms was atrocious. I’m not super picky or needy but cleanliness shouldn’t be too much to ask for.
