The heater was not working, air conditioner was not working, bed was not soft like other rooms

Everything was good food repeated on another day we were not expecting it they have not put the butter only after asking, they gave bread toaster was also not available on the counter bowl was also not there for liquid vegetables

The stay was really terrible. The ac was not working properly when i checked in. Asked the receptionist to do the needful but not get any response. And the breakfast was ok ok. Overall i don't recommend this hotel to anyone who's traveling to guruvayoor.
