Very smelly and suffocative rooms. Staff behaviour is rude and non supportive. I would rate this hotel as zero star and recommend strongly to avoid.

I had a miserable experience with this hotel, their service and especially the behavior of staff. One mr. Ritesh of this hotel is their worst staff. I don’t understand how a person in hospitality field can be so rude. My father (an elderly person) has visited this hotel twice. Both visits has been painful for him because of hotel staff behaviour. I would request whoever the hr/owner/md of this hotel is to kindly take strict action against mr. Ritesh for behaving in such a rude and a rough manner with an elderly person.
