Great stay and the options for dining at different restaurants are really unique. Hotel palacio has a vibe of its own though the standard rooms are basic and just enough for a short stay.

Location is good.. Food quality is good but rates very expensive. Room rate is also on the expensive side.

The stay was excellent, if you are traveling with family the restaurant is the best place to spend your time at the weekend.

The room service was pathetic. Ac was not working had to shift rooms at midnight. The amenities shown on the web. Like swimming pool was not allowed to use stating it was booked as though we didn't pay in full. Which was not fair. The in house bar and karoeki was also not allowed. Saying that it was time up. The time was just half past 10. Over all had a very very bad experience.

It was a very nice and comfortable stay, staff are well behaved and helpful food order in our room is mediocre but abacus restaurant serves great food and very nice ambience. Definitely recommend

The reception staff is not cooperative regarding pick up and drop facility. At the time of checkin nothing was mentioned regarding availability or what time should the intimation be given. I was given no response when i was waiting at the checkout by the representative at the counter who gave a skeptical look. I had to escalate it to their manager who simply showed me terms and conditions and mentioned you should have informed earlier in a very irresponsible way. There was no help regarding any alternate means or any guidance for any other cab booking services in the new city for me. The stay facility at the hotel has mosquitos and the card keys disfunction. When asked for a replacement the attendant on the floor did not help out and had to go myself all the way back to the reception which is another building altogether and get an alternate key. Once the charges are paid off the hotel staff has no response about the guest well being and one has to fend for themselves

We stayed in room no 207 in hotel palacio. We had terrible experience in that room. Because odorous dirty water splashed into the bedroom from bathroom in morning time of 4th and 5th june.
