Comfortable cozy room, overall staff gestures nice and warm . The clubs should not have cover charges and entry fee for hotel guest/ boarders as that's the practice across country. Anyway someone boarding in your hotel would like to experience your facilities.

Wonderful experience and great service. The food is good. All the staff have great hospitality. They provide the service of my satisfaction. The receptions are always with a smile. One of the most clean hotel. O will definitely come again. Good experience.

Love the staff & management. They have an excellent brewery/restaurant and 2 nightclubs with dancing too!! And A very cozy, fun, wonderful stay.

Late in the night with everything switched off, suddenly all lights started flickering inside the room and then my bedside switch board short circuited. When i called them regarding the same they sent an electrician who was just more disturbance. After getting irritated, i told them to change my room. They eventually changed my room but the new room was smelly and the door had a problem of quickly shutting down in which my fingers got stuck and got hurt. Though my breakfast was included in the package still i was charged for bread omelette for ordering in the room. My point of staying in a hotel is to relax and be comfortable because i am paying for the services, which i didn’t get at all. After leaving such an expression, the least they could do was to serve my food in the room which i already paid for but then i paid almost 5k extra at checkout to mr. Ankur deb, who was looking at me as if he is doing me some favour. Anyhow thank god it was not a long stay.

Clean rooms and staff is courteous. Breakfast have various options and taste is good. I recommend this hotel Value for money Vegitarian food was good. Location of hotel is on highway , peace and just opposite to Vivanta taj. Gym and club facility available. Any one can enjoy accordingly to own taste

It's always a good experience... With good food and staffs as well... Highly recommended... It's safe for family and kids as well... GOOD AND HEALTHLY COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST... Food wise is also awesome... Room service on time and polite.. Come to guwahati and do visit this place

I am from Kerala and traveled to Guwahati and decided to stay here at Hotel Palacio. The service staff and the hotel ambience is just a wow. The room was specious and breakfast was the best I ever had. Also they have clubs and brewery. Swiming pool and gym facilities are also available here. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice and comfortable stay. Some minor hiccups faced in room service. But overall thumbs up. You will find good restaurant and club within the hotel only. Outsiders frequency visit the club making it a happening place. Must go for couples in Guwahati.
