Due to poor quality of room n bed we did not check in and stayed in a different hotel. Also, the receptionist don't have the knowledge of our booking even though earlier i called n informed them the matter of booking.

1. The manager of the hotel armor was misbehaving with us and he was drunk. The room and the washroom wasn't clean. And took extra money from us

The receptionist was rude. Rooms are dirty and unhygenic. Rooms are cheap but expected at-least a clean one.

Hotel location is ok, but not on main road and it's situated in a street, no lift, entry not easy for disabled persons. Room i booked after heavy discount offer by mmt @1500 per night, on reaching, seeing the location, asked for 1 room without disclosing my booking and they show me 3 rooms on 3rd floor at just 650 per night. Seeing the condition of rooms, i exited the hotel without stay.

The hotel was really bad. It was dirty. The toilet seat was broken. Very dirty and dusty room. The bes was uncomfortable as well. Sheets and blankets were very dirty. Worst stay of mine ever

It was a terrible experience in hotel Aroma, the room was really unclean, the smell from the washroom stinked. The toilet was dirty. The door was not even locking properly and when we went to complain about this they forcefully made us leave. My family would get sick if we stayed at that unhygienic place.
