My money was gone i booked the room by seeing the photos but when i went to the property everything was shocking. I could not find the hotel as good as shown in the photos. again i tried to connect from my alternate number the call was connected. This is really not good response by the company.

The room facilities are not up to the mark. Bedsheet were very dirty and they even charge extra 12 rupees for a 10 ruppes bottle. The hotel has electricity problem and there were about 20 times cutoff of electricity and the whole night we could not sleep properly due to no electricity. Plus tgwre were no ac available. Horrible experience.

Basic security was missing in the room. No internal locking system was there. Tv was expired recharge. Beding was too dirty.

I stayed at hotel lilawati grand, gwuahati from 29th may to 30th may. The hotel is neat and clean, staffs are also helpful.

The big positive is hotel location, very near to ghy railway station and market place. For my short stay of 1 night the service was decent. Sadly apart from this there no other positives to be added. Room linen not clean, washroom cleanliness not okay and lots of mosquitoes in room. I had to keep awake mid of night just to ensure my kids sleep. Probably this is what you get in budget in this city.
