The hotel rooms are not clean, found hair on pillows and sheets after checking in, which the housekeeping staff changed. Later found holes and stains on the comforter. Hot water flowed in the wash basin but not in the shower- not just in my room but also that in the rooms of my colleagues. Complimentary breakfast is just about edible. The only redeeming features are the behaviour of staff at reception as well as housekeeping, room service etc. Room service menu items tried were tasty and served quickly.

It was wonderful experience. Hotel is atvery good location and rooms are clean. Whole staff is very cooperative. Food and service is also excellent. I recommend you must stay once at this hotel. View from hotel is also good. You can never feel bore.

Ambience and service were good. Single occupancy room was little bit small compared to other hotels but one person can comfortably stay Food quality and variety were at par to expectation Perfect location to commute anywhere in the city Good to recommend

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Apollo Grand. The rooms are spacious and clean . Huge variety of options in the menu. Moreover the the price of the food was much cheaper than any other hotels in the same budget..I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Need some more light in the room. The hotel is very clean. Location also very good. Breakfast was ok. All the staffs are very well train and we'll behavior. I enjoyed my stay. Most of the prime hospital and shopping mall are near to this property.

Absolut nicht zufriedenstellend. Kann mir nicht vorstellen hier noch einmal zu übernachten. Wir waren als Hochzeitsgesellschaft dort (7 Zimmer) und haben nur skandalöse Erfahrung gemacht. Insekten in Zimmer und Essbereich und sehr dreckige Zimmer haben uns dazu bewogen das Hotel bereits vor des geplanten Abreisetages zu verlassen und nach einer anderen Bleiben zu suchen. Ich kann und möchte wirklich kein gutes Wort verlieren, es fällt mir einfach nichts ein. Doch! Es ist mittig in der Stadt
