Very nice experience. This was my second visit to the hotel the hospitality of the hotel is still the same and they continued to excel in that. The spread in the breakfast was nice though the variety is limited but the quality was good.

The property was excellent with excellent amenities but just needed to speed up the delivery of food order in the restaurant. At the end of was very good.

The hotel is on a narrow road where traffic gets jammed every half minute. Very dusty area. One can not have peaceful sleep in any room of that hotel, leave alone the common passage room, which hotel offers at the first instance. If you are on a leisure trip, this is a no. If it is a business trip, the proximity to all major markets helps a lot. Fancy bazar is the most famous market area in guwahati.

Very poor room quality and service. Geyser was out of service and after several request half bucket warm water delivered. Very poor response

Property location is good, room are clean but bathroom water tap is broken. Staff behaviour is good and food is okay. Overall staying was pleasant.
