1. 예약 후 해당 펜션에 도착했는데 현관이 잠겨있어서 당황
2. 트립닷컴에 적힌 임시번호로 전화했으나 통화 안됨
3. 혹시나해서 문을 다시 두드려보고 전화하길 여러차려 반복했으나 아무런 회신 없음
4. 트립닷컴에 전화해서 상황설명 후 기다리라는 연락받고 통화종료
5. 15분정도가 지난 후에 펜션주인과 대면
6. 펜션 1층 노래방에서 전화오길 기다리고 있었는데 전화가 오지않았다고 함
7. 예약을 취소하고 환불받고 싶어서 트립닷컴에 연락했으나 환불 절차가 복잡하고 몇시간을 밖에서 대기한 상태로 기다려야한다는 말에 포기하고 입실
8. 3층 객실로 들어가니 실내화 없이 밖에서 신던 신발 그대로 신고 들어감.
9. 숙소는 비교적 깨끗해보였으나 거실에 있는 tv를 편하게 볼 수 있는 소파가 없었음. 창측 거실 한켠에 있는 2인용 식탁의자에 앉아서 봄
10. 침대는 거실 옆에 있었고 침실옆에 화장실이 있었음. TV보기가 불편한점 빼고는 나쁘지 않았음
11. 첫날 저녁에는 비교적 조용했는데 둘째날 저녁부터는1층 노래방 소음이 그대로 올라옴.
12. 새벽 1시정도까지 노래방 소음에 시달리다가 잠이듬
