I went to the hotel without making a reservation and asked if I could see the room and make a reservation first. The lady at the front desk showed us the room without saying a word. It was indeed not too different from the pictures. The environment with large entrance and exit is also very good. Although it faces the street, there is not much noise. There is a parking place for parking. The key is that the ladies at the front desk are sweet and their smiles are very contagious. This time I gave the hotel a very bad review, which is really unbearable. The bathroom I was given was room 301, which was unimaginably small. MManeGaneshRecently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.

The car key was put at the front desk and moved to the parking lot behind the next morning. But what I want to complain about is the hotel's self-service washing machine. It has not been dried for a night. It can't open the door in the middle. It is called the security uncle in the middle of the night. It has been dried three times. It is still wet in the morning.
