"It's a new hotel that, on the surface, looks like a decent option. My personal experience wasn't great. There was hammering/drilling every morning at 9am. The fitness room was being renovated - there was no mention of this when booking. The Pillows in the room were one type and was causing me neck pain, when I asked if they had any other pillows, I wss told there's only 1 type. The location is terrible - there is gridlock traffic outside the hotel and I would advise you to book an uber at least 20 mins earlier than you need it as it will invariably arrive late.
I would not stay here again mainly because of the issues with the location. All my other complaints, could be improved upon if the hotel management wants to."

GGuest UserExcellent value for money. The hotel is about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport, located in the Aerocity area, which is bustling with hotels, restaurants, and shops. The area is clearly expanding. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and also very well soundproofed. Breakfast is good, fresh, and plentiful. The staff are friendly.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

IilpMy review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic).
The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay.
Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)...
Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always)....
Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news.
Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

GGuest UserConvenient hotel for a stopover between flights, close to the airport. You can get there by metro (one stop, about 20 rupees) or by Uber for around $3. A taxi can also be arranged and paid for at the hotel desk, though it will be more expensive.
The staff are friendly and helped resolve an issue with extending the stay.
The room has everything necessary: a bed, air conditioning, and amenities. If you have some time, you can visit the outdoor pool.
If you don’t want to gamble with the nearby scam hotels, this is a very good option, although the price is not low.

GGuest UserRoom in Aloft hotel is comfortable and spacious, compared with other 4/5 stars hotels in Aerocity. I stayed 4 of them.
Breakfast is with various options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. The dining hall is beautiful too. I would like to try their sushi restaurant next time.
One problem was the noises at night. Maybe there is some night club nearby. I am relatively sensitive to the noises so that made the sleep difficult and shallow. But except for this, the rest are all good.

Sauraub front desk manager is incredibly accommodating & always ready to find prompt solution to any issues. As I was not happy with the room that was given even though I booked & paid for a nicer one, he immediately understood my valid concern & found a solution on the spot.
Restaurant staff & food (many choices in buffet) are outstanding & my compliments to the chefs & management of the restaurant. Always a smile & always ready to assist. Great training & congratulations for a job well done!

pool was closed for renovations, gym is decently decked out with equipments.
huge downside- we ordered delivery on swiggy/ zomato and could not get it delivered to the counter.
porters were also quite slow when we called to bring our luggage down for checkout, took more than 10mins so we ended up just bringing luggage down ourselves as our car was here
