Estancia corta , supongo que por eso no hemos podido sacar el máximo provecho al hotel. Se ve que el hotel disfruto de mejores épocas. Nos pusieron una habitación al lado de alguna instalación porque había mucho ruido. Lo mejor la ubicación..

My partner and I just spent a wonderful 7-night stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and breathtaking views of the ocean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony where we could enjoy the sunset every evening. The bed was super cozy, and we appreciated the luxurious bathroom amenities. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. We made the most of the resort's amenities, spending many relaxing hours by the pool and pampering ourselves in the spa. The spa treatments were fantastic – we especially enjoyed the couples massage. The variety of pools meant we always found a quiet spot to unwind. Dining was a real highlight, with several restaurants to choose from, offering both local and international dishes. Each meal was delicious, and the service was always attentive. We also loved sipping cocktails at the bar with live music in the evenings. Overall, it was a perfect romantic getaway, and we can't wait to come back. If you're looking for a place to unwind in luxury and enjoy a bit of paradise, Secrets Lanzarote is definitely the place to go!

Thus hotel is outstanding. From the second we arriving , nothing was a bother. The staff are funny , efficient, happy to be here . room was lovely. quiet for a good sleep. Fab hard beds. food was brilliant, great standard in the buffets . other 3 restaurants veered amazing food . pool entertainment staff were great fun. entertainment at night was okay , just very loud, no call to be so loud. spa was very professional. all i all we do not want to go home 😓😓😓. but will be back asap. great location to every where . only negative, some times no towels and sometimes low on plates in buffet. But just an amazing holidays from start to finish .

This was our second stay, our first was over Christmas in 2021. This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. We chose the all inclusive option. Reading reviews before we left about a sickness bug/food poisoning in the hotel we did consider cancelling our booking and moving to another hotel. However as this seemed to be mainly in November/December 2024, we decided to go ahead. Big mistake! Within 3 days of arriving, I was taken ill with severe diarrhoea which necessitated calling a doctor. This proved costly at €700, but I was unable to get out of bed and needed several injections before I felt better. I’m now making my first ever holiday insurance claim! I’m not sure what I had, but do know other guests were ill whilst we were there. My husband luckily was fine. Make sure you have Imodium etc available. We used the spa facilities during our stay and the massage was excellent and recommended. Our room overlooked the pool and was very quiet and clean. The staff work hard and are polite and attentive. The food is ok, but after 10 days became a bit repetitive and I was quite wary of what I ate after being unwell. We thought there should be more cleaning of tables during the meal services as people had been ill. All alcoholic drinks are very generous, although be aware there is a “top shelf” now of spirits not included in the all inclusive option! After my experience, we have decided we won’t return again and we will act on future reviews. Perhaps the management should investigate whether some deep cleaning is required after repetitive sickness over the last 4 months.

This hotel is amazing! Just finished our holiday here & we have had a brilliant time! The hotel is very clean, swimming pools are amazing, food is fantastic with a huge variety. We went all inclusive and it was well worth. Do not listen to the bad reviews on this hotel! The only negative is that the tea and coffee in the rooms is not refilled everyday & the bathroom bin was not always emptied. Only small things. The staff are so lovely and work so very hard. Alex on the entertainment was fantastic and so enthusiastic and Sebitas on the waiting staff was so lovely and worked so very hard. If you are looking for a busier area this is not the place, however WE LOVED IT & will be back!!!!

I stayed nine nights at SENTIDO Æquora Lanzarote Suites with my husband, our three children (ages 16, 14, and 8), my sister's family (including her children, ages 2 and 1), and our dad. We usually opt for all-inclusive stays in Playa de Los Pocillos annually but have never visited this hotel. We were assigned three junior suites: two on the ground floor near the splash pool and one on the first floor (18 steps up) for my elderly dad and son. I would rate this hotel three out of five stars. This review provides an honest account of our experience. Check-in Experience When we arrived at 8 pm, there was only one staff member at the front desk handling check-ins, so we had to wait in line. The lobby was impeccably clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff member was polite but distracted, frequently interrupted by phone calls and colleagues needing assistance. Soledad, his boss, intervened several times and seemed dissatisfied with his performance. At one point, he disappeared into the back office for over 5 minutes, disappointing after a long day of travelling. Overall, the check-in experience was not very welcoming, and we were underwhelmed when we finally reached our rooms. Room Quality The rooms were excellent—extremely spacious and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, and daily housekeeper service was available. At check-in, we could opt for less frequent housekeeper service if desired. Free Wi-Fi was available in all rooms. However, the air conditioning was not enormously powerful, and the room could have been cooler. I have experienced better air conditioning in other hotels. The room had two sleeping areas, ideal for giving our older son his space. The main downside was the communal open bathroom area, which offered no privacy for toilet use or showers. I had to ask my son to leave the room while showering since dressing had to happen in the open. While we managed, the lack of privacy in the bathroom would not be suitable for travelling with friends or children's friends. It was an unusual setup I had never encountered in a hotel. Customer Service The animation staff at the hotel were exceptional. They tirelessly provided entertainment from early morning until late evening. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the kid’s club and especially loved the mini disco. Enes, who ran the kid’s club, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure all the children had a wonderful time. We are grateful for his efforts and the enjoyable experience he created for our kids. Sadly, the remaining staff significantly impacted my rating of this resort. The rudest staff I have encountered in all my years of travelling. No staff member stood out for their friendliness or effort to enhance our experience. Many were rude and diminished our experience. The resort's size affected the staff, making guests a low priority. Stayed here for a week in December and it certainly wasn’t the hotel we were expecting it’s meant to be a 4* but really it’s only a 2* pushing to a 3*. Room in block 5 and really small, food in the main restaurant was cold had to heat most things up in the microwave which wasn’t ideal. Swimming pool was meant to be a heated pool in winter but it was ice cold you couldn’t even get into it which wasn’t good with two teenagers with us. The only positive things I have to say about this hotel is the staff they’re so friendly and helpful, when we booked this hotel in January 2024 it was called Be live experience and reviews were great but since it’s been bought over and a name change it’s definitely went down hill. Everyone we spoke with have all said they’d never book this hotel again even though some of the couples had be going to this hotel for years but they’re definitely not going back again due to the drop in standards, I for one will not book this hotel again only upside is it’s in a great location and on the beach front but so are a few other hotels which I will book in the future.
