Great
TTravel bugxoxoxoThis hotel is great value for money in terms of all you can eat and the price. The hotel does feel too overcrowded there are so many sun beds on the beach that it takes away from the beach. The hotel did not warn about seaweed before arrival and it was very 50/50 in terms of staff friendliness
GGuest UserExcelente servicio todo el personal muy amable instalaciones de primera habitación grandes y cómodas comida buen sabor lugar muy seguro muy recomendable
EErik SausaWe stayed one night at the Hilton Tulum. The facilities look new and well-maintained. Our room had connecting doors to two other rooms, which was very inconvenient because we could hear everything. The waiter, Alberto de Seasalt, was very friendly and took excellent care of us.
TT_DIncredible place, sophisticated architecture and exceptional service! We went with God's children and had a very pleasant time, they loved it! The only downside is the extra costs for food and drinks, which are quite high!
GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty and clean, I can tell it’s newly opened. But the staffs definitely needed more training. The pool is pretty small, you can’t really swim in there. The jacuzzi was out of service, they don’t provide towel at the pool, even if you asked, they said they were going to get it but they never came back. Service is poor I would say.
BBeta0415Excellent room and surroundings. The balcony is spacious and directly facing a sunset. There are two restraunts and two public pools for amenities. Great staff, great food, great facility. The hotel is bigger than it looks. Good price overall, though the beech might be a little far for people who didnt rent bikes/cars.
GGuest UserUnfortunately, we didn't get a room at the Alea Hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel was empty and clearly unoccupied. There was no one to talk to or any sign on site. We tried for an hour to get in touch. Eventually, someone from the neighboring hotel came. We checked in there. The room was a bit smaller, without a TV, and not directly on the beach as booked. The walk from the main road is a disaster. It's incomprehensible that there's no solution. There are so many hotels on that road. A taxi isn't really an option because it's very expensive. The food was quite good, but the selection was rather limited. Breakfast was rather spartan.
Actually, very nice hotels with very friendly staff. Wonderful for unwinding and relaxing. Not a great beach resort. Water shoes are absolutely necessary.
A beautiful place with its quirks.
DDidiOur stay at Tago Tulum was simply outstanding! The hotel itself is a paradise – the rooms look even better than in the photos, with spacious layouts, beautiful decor, and that perfect blend of luxury and Tulum’s bohemian style. The beachfront view and peaceful ambiance made it the ideal place to unwind.
What really made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from Victor. He took care of everything we needed, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Victor’s warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home – a true gem! Tago Tulum is a must for anyone visiting Tulum, and we can’t wait to return

AAidil BuyongA charming resort right by the beach. My room has the most amazing sunrise view. But do take note, it’s an eco-friendly resort, so there’s no phone, TV or minibar. Every request is done through WhatsApp. Its own restaurant has quite the menu to sate your appetite, though there are tons of eateries outside on the main street. The best place to relax and switch off from the world.

DDestinyAbsolutely loved the place. We left the resort one time the whole 5 days lol. Food was great ESPECIALLY room service. Only thing I didn’t like was the cold water in the pool. We couldn’t even enjoy the swim out pool because the water was freezing.
