Malay Hotels with Gym

This hotel is right in the heart of the action on White Beach, Station 2. This is our second year in a row staying here, and we have no regrets! The staff are excellent and always welcoming, quick to resolve any issues or requests. Upon check-in, they offer a refreshing welcome drink and a cool, damp towel. There's also a complimentary foot massage for guests, though we never got around to using it. Every evening, they bring a small plate of treats to your room for tea, which is a lovely touch. Breakfasts are good, with plenty of options to choose from. There's a nice pool with a non-alcoholic bar on the 5th floor, and a Sky bar on the 4th floor that's open in the evenings. There's also a small gym with equipment in good condition. The only downside is that rooms on the 3rd floor, especially those facing the hall, can be quite noisy in the mornings and if you like to nap in the afternoon. Simply ask for a room in a different wing of the hotel or on a higher floor. Overall, it's an excellent value for the price!

This is a wonderful hotel, exactly as described, and the photos are completely accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your vacation. Any issues that arose were resolved in minutes. You can tell they truly value their reputation. Just a heads-up: payment at the hotel is cash-only. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, beyond words. It's right in the heart of all the entertainment and leisure spots, and only a 5-minute walk to the sea. I do want to mention one significant drawback: there was a lot of noise from equipment operating near our room, which was quite unpleasant. You do get used to it over time and eventually tune it out, but it might be an important consideration for some. In the last few days of our stay, the hot water started to disappear, becoming only lukewarm, and this issue couldn't be resolved. Also, the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working completely on our last night (Friday to Saturday) without any explanation, so we had to use mobile internet until check-out. For us, the breakfasts were a notable downside – the selection of dishes was extremely limited. Coffee was only served from a pot (likely instant), and coffee from the machine was an extra charge. However, after I brought this up, the issue with the coffee machine was resolved. For the next six breakfasts, they made complimentary machine coffee for my partner and me. Special thanks to the entire hotel team and for the lovely daily notes in our room that brightened our mood and made our vacation even more enjoyable!

I used to like staying at Hennan Resorts in Boracay, this one however was quite a walk to the beach and had a bit of a struggle at night. Also, the rooms aren’t soundproof, on our last night, lots of people were loud around 1:30am (most likely late check in guests) without consideration. The next door neighbor were obviously heard making love. I am addressing this issue so it will be avoided. Overall stay wasn’t bad when it comes to the service and amenities but I am disappointed in how the rooms weren’t quiet enough since we paid extra for an upgrade. I was expecting my money’s worth.

Facilities: The room was quite small and didn't have a smart toilet. The lighting was insufficient, making the room very dim at night. Apart from one elevator spot, getting around mostly involved stairs. Upon arrival, the small entrance and stairs were quite a surprise. Seeing the staff constantly hauling luggage, it must be exhausting. Environment: The glass sea outside the hotel is beautiful, and the infinity pool offers excellent views. Cleanliness: The breakfast tables were sticky – it felt like they hadn't been properly wiped after the previous use. The flat white I ordered at the bar often came with dirty stains on the rim where you drink, yet the cups by the coffee machine inside were perfectly clean. Breakfast: Previous reviews raved about the coffee, but it tasted no different from machine-made. Even the most basic items like bread, pastries, and hash browns were unappetizing, which was disappointing. Service: The service was absolutely five-star. This was the best part of the stay, besides the scenery. When my child accidentally fell, the front desk staff immediately came to help, called for medical assistance, and periodically checked on us. I'm incredibly grateful for their thoughtfulness. Every staff member we encountered greeted us, making us feel genuinely welcome. The staff by the pool and at the beach chairs were always prompt in changing towels, tidying chairs, enthusiastically providing ice water, and even offered small drinks and snacks from time to time. Truly excellent. Suggestions: Since reviews for all the top hotels on the island varied, I hesitated for a long time about which one to choose. In the end, I decided to try a few different hotels to experience different styles, so I only booked one night at Lind. I had just checked in that afternoon and was enjoying the welcome drink, only to find a note on the bed that evening saying goodbye and reminding me of the check-out time. This felt very strange – hadn't I just been welcomed? The night wasn't even over yet. Also, before my arrival, I kept receiving emails requesting information, but after providing it, there was no synchronized reply or follow-up. Then, I would receive another email asking for the same information again. This aspect was quite disorganized and I hope it can be improved.

So let's begin with the positives. The staff is excellent, beyond excellent they will go out of everything to make you feel accommodated. They are unbelievably attentive. Another positive aspect is its location which is literally right on the sand. Can't get much closer to the beach than this hotel. And did I mention that the staff was very accommodating? When you want to lounge on the beach, the staff will rush out immediately to position the lounges and put towels down. They truly work hard to assist your every need when you are on the beach. An improvement would be updated lounge chairs with cushions but you are not lounging on the sand unless you want to. So as I said, I want to start off with a positive but there are serious negatives about this hotel in fact to the point at which I would suggest booking a different hotel if at all possible. First on the list of negatives is that the food at the restaurant is less than mediocre. Yes you will get breakfast but in all honesty, you might just want to pass that up. Nothing is kept hot...nothing. Everything is served lukewarm or cold except for the eggs which they do make right away...the fresh cooked eggs is the only exception to luke-warm or in some cases even slightly undercooked food. However, what should be cold is never cold, for example even though the milk has a sign that says cold milk it is always room temperature as well as the juices. The cold milk is warm...always,,,,while the food that should be warm or hot is always cold or virtually well on its way to being cold. It's interesting that even though they have the small gas flame burners at the bottom of containers for food, they are never on. Additionally I would recommend that if you are not accustomed to luke-warm to cold Filipino style food again, you may want stay eat somewhere else because most of the food served is Filipino style and while Filipino food can be quite good, not here. Now for the accommodations. The rooms are at best motel style rooms with the AC blasting down on you constantly. Your only alternative is to turn the AC on and off throughout the night to get a break. The rooms themselves are rustic and extremely noisy because everything faces the courtyard and you have concrete surrounding you so it echoes in any conversation especially at night. Sound just echoes throughout the entire place. There is constant noise so bring your ear plugs. I will say, staff keeps everything very clean so no problems there at all. It's just that the entire facility is not well-designed or well maintained for most travelers' expectations. For example, The hot water in the shower it's turned on similar to a faucet bathtub style but the water literally trickles out (at least in my room). Fortunately you do get some hot water coming through the shower head and while it is barely enough to take a shower, it is not what you would expect at a hotel price. I selected this hotel because it has so many good reviews online and it has a lot of 10s out of10s. One site lists it as 4.9 out of 5, I thought that was great but after a few nights, I am convinced that these reviews are from the owners, owner friends or staff or perhaps all of them. It is completely beyond my imagination that this hotel can get those kinds of reviews especially as there are other hotels that are around to compare with. I have traveled a lot and this is probably not more then a five to six at most out of 10 and the only reason it's that high because of staff. Again....5.5 to 10 is my rating on this motel/hotel.

Absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Boracay. Before check-in, you can enjoy the hotel's pool and private beach. Free paddleboarding is also available! Upon checking in, we received welcome sweets that weren't very tasty! (But they looked cute, so I was happy). The hotel had a few restaurants, but there was a Filipino restaurant and a mall nearby that caught our eye, so we ate lunch and dinner there. The breakfast area had high ceilings and felt very open and spacious! There was a wide variety of delicious food. One thing to note is that the locations of the pools other than the main one were a bit hard to find. Also, when I was walking around the hotel at night, I encountered large bugs and frogs! 😭

Our recent stay at the Hue Hotel was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! 🏨 We truly enjoyed every moment, and it left a lasting impression on us. The first thing that struck us was the genuinely warm and welcoming demeanor of the staff. 🥰 Each member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping crew, was incredibly friendly and attentive. They always greeted us with a genuine smile and were eager to assist with any query or request, making us feel right at home. It truly enhanced the overall ambiance of our visit. 💖 Beyond the exceptional service, the amenities offered by the Hue Hotel were simply fantastic. 🌟 We took full advantage of the facilities, which were all meticulously maintained and thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. Whether it was the inviting pool area 🏊♀️ or the well-equipped fitness center 🏋️♀️, everything exceeded our expectations and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation. The room we stayed in was a pristine sanctuary. ✨ It was spotlessly clean, with every surface gleaming and not a speck of dust in sight. The bedding was crisp and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after our daily explorations. 😴 The attention to detail in maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness truly made a difference and allowed us to fully relax and unwind in our private space. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the breakfast. 🍳🥐🥓 It was not only delicious but also incredibly varied. Each morning presented a new array of culinary delights, ensuring that every day started with an exciting and flavorful meal. 😋 From fresh, local produce to international favorites, there was an impressive spread that catered to all tastes. The quality of the food was consistently excellent, and it was a pleasure to anticipate what new treats the next morning would bring. 🥞🍓 All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful and memorable time staying at the Hue Hotel. 🎉 The combination of outstanding staff, superb amenities, impeccably clean rooms, and a delicious, diverse breakfast made for an unforgettable getaway. We were so thoroughly impressed and pleased with every aspect of our visit that we are already making plans to go back and book again in the near future! 🤩 It’s rare to find a place that ticks all the boxes so perfectly, and the Hue Hotel certainly did. We can't wait to return! 🥳

We love the hospitality of the hotel, the room is clean and so organized. What we don't like is the breakfast, the egg station chef fogot our omelet for 2 times, we keep on following up and got so frustrated. The breakfast was not that delicious, but we are grateful for many choices of food. We like the pool and the consideration of the staff for using the pool towel on our splash at the beach.

The experience from this hotel Fairways & Bluewater exceeds my expectation in fact one of the best hotel / resort in my entire travel by far. We were so delighted by the amenities of the hotel - there were 9 pools from different location of the resort with the infinity pool and the pool party which has limited schedule only. The hotel is situated inside a peaceful area. They have private beachfront that has access to the Key hole cave. Clear kayak for photo ops definitely a must try. The breakfast was truly a plus factor with a wife spread of selection. There is a 24hours shuttle inside the resort that will get in you within the vicinity and out of the main gate if you want to go out for night life or just to buy supplies or food at Citymall which was just accross the main gate of Fairways. Lastly, I wiould like to recommend all of their staff who were very helpful, polite, courteous and will definitely cheer you up because they were so warm and super helpful and friendly. This is now my go-to hotel whenever I have plans of going to Boracay! Thank you Fairways & Bluewaters I'm so in love with ypur place!!! 🥰😊❤️💯❤️🥰

Pros The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great!  They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.  Cons Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.
