The service and front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; we were even offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we enjoyed trying different options each day. On our last day, we had an early departure and couldn't make the regular breakfast, but they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. The hotel also offers a very convenient laundry service; we'd drop off our clothes at the front desk before heading out in the morning and pick them up before returning to our room in the evening. The location is great – not far from the main street, yet tucked away in an alley, making it quite quiet.

Guest UserI stayed in a pool access room with a bathtub, and the room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The view from the room was beautiful, and i really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. They were happy to bring drinks to our balcony, helped my friend with restaurant reservations, and the front desk responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. The food was also delicious.
Unfortunately, my experience changed on the third day. A large group of local guests had booked several rooms, and from 6 a.m. they were talking loudly across their balconies, shouting in the pool, and playing music on a speaker at a very high volume in the public areas. Since my balcony faced the pool, many people were constantly walking right past my room, which made it feel much less private and relaxing.
I informed the staff, and although they did their best to help, it took some time for the situation to calm down. That was the only disappointing part of our stay.
Overall, this is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff and comfortable rooms. If you prefer a quieter area away from the crowds of White Beach, this side of the island is a great choice.

Great location, delicious breakfasts (fruits are extra), and a balcony! It wasn't noisy for us; we had a view of the road, but we're used to it since we're from a big, bustling city. The staff were good, and there's an excellent cafe downstairs called Pig Out with seafood and more. We ordered room service, and everything was great. The prices are good, just like everywhere else in the Philippines.

Полина23The hotel is small and a bit old, and the rooms are definitely due for a refresh. But! The value for money exceeded expectations. The staff are super polite, friendly, and always ready to help and advise. The hotel grounds are lovely, with trees, tables and chairs, and swings. From there, you have direct access to the beach, where you can have breakfast or just relax on a sun lounger right by the sea. If you're traveling on a budget, this is an ideal place to stay. It's a 15-minute walk to the lively Station 2, or a 5-minute tricycle ride for 15-20 pesos. Getting to the more secluded Diniwid Beach is just as easy.

Anonymous UserI am generally pleased and satisfied with my stay at Nigi Nigi Too. The staff and cleaners are friendly and attentive.
When booking at this hotel, here are a few things to keep in consider:
- The standard room doesn’t have a refrigerator. Instead, there’s a large refrigerator available for everyone to use on the first floor.
- Free drinking water is also available on the second floor for everyone to use.
- The hotel only provides mugs inside the room, so it’s a good idea to bring your own water container or thumbler.
- There’s no cabinet to store your clothes, but there’s a designated area where you can lay them out.
- Hangers are included in the room.
- I was provided with two bath towels.
- You can always request to clean your room during the makeup room hours.
- There’s no elevator, so if you’re staying on the third floor, you’ll have to take the stairs.
The room is well-equipped with a functional air conditioning system, a TV, a lampshade with a small table and two chairs, and a clean, unclogged bathroom. The bathroom also features a working water heater, a bidet, and a lavatory with complimentary dental kits. Additionally, they provide body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The WIFI works perfecty fine too.
You can always request a beach towel daily. However, slippers are not provided during my stay. The breakfast is excellent. As a solo traveler, I booked a room that accommodates two people, but I was still able to receive two breakfast meals per day.
My room is located on the third floor, at the very end of the building in the resort. I highly recommend booking a room on the second floor. You’ll be conveniently close to the water dispenser and the first floor. Additionally, it’s just a minute’s walk to the beautiful white beach.
There’s a bar at the hotel entrance, so it might get quite noisy at night. The walkway to the end building is beautiful; it’s like walking through a garden.
The rates at trip.com is cheaper rather than booking direct at the hotel. Overall I am happy with my stay will sure keep this hotel in mind when i plan to go back to Boracay.
Thank you Nigi Nigi Too.

Edsel CapioIt was a great stay except for the unavailability of wifi for the whole duration of stay causing my work in trouble as I can't work and just decided to make an unplanned leave which is really not good. Hopefully they can improve the wifi connection to avoid issues just like what happened to me.

Excellent beachfront location with very friendly and responsive staff. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the location and service more than make up for it. There's no currency exchange at the front desk, and a 1000 peso deposit is required at check-in. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. There's a cafe and bar in the hotel courtyard offering various breakfast options and easy snacks. The hotel also provides sun loungers and beach towels. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️. I also strongly suggest having lunch or dinner at the Villa Caemilla hotel restaurant (just 30-50 meters from this hotel, towards the port). The service and cuisine there are among the best in Boracay, and it's only slightly more expensive than other places.

DΛVIDΞI recently stayed at Grand Boracay Resort, and its biggest advantage is easily the location. It is probably one of the best locations on the entire island.
Being right in D'Mall means you can walk almost everywhere and rarely need to pay for public transportation or e-trikes.
The Deluxe Rooms are just okay, 6/10 in my opinion. They are spacious enough for 2 to 4 people, which is great for families or small groups. However, the mini fridge was empty, and if you want drinks or snacks, you need to purchase them at the reception near the entrance.
The 2 beds for two people was just about adequate but definitely on the smaller side. It was manageable for a short stay (5-7 days), but couples who prefer more sleeping space may find it a bit cramped.
The curtains provide good privacy, so nobody can see inside the room, but they do not block much sunlight. Also, since many rooms face walkways, you will hear people passing by outside, and the noise can be a bit distracting throughout the day.
Cleanliness was acceptable, around 6.5 to 7 out of 10. The property feels quite old-fashioned and could use some modernization, but that is also reflected in the reasonable room rates considering the prime location.
Overall, if you are looking for an affordable place in the heart of Boracay and mainly need a room to sleep, shower, and change before heading back out, Grand Boracay Resort is a solid choice. If you are expecting a modern, comfortable, resort-style experience with luxurious amenities and Instagram-worthy rooms, this is probably not the right hotel for you.
