GGuest UserOur stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation.
The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience.
The location is also perfect, especially during winter, with direct access to ski slopes, making it ideal for both relaxation and activities.

GGuest UserHampton by Hilton Bursa otelinde ailecek 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Bu süre içerisinde otelin temizliği, rahatlığı, sessiz oluşu dinlenmemiz ve rahat etmemiz açısından muhteşemdi. Kahvaltısı da görebileceğiniz en lezzetli ve kaliteli yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Ayrıca Hilton temsilcisi Orhan Bey e özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. Konaklamamız süresince bizimle mıhteşem ilgilendi. Bu ilgi ve alakası için kendilerine ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Bundan sonra bu otel Bursa da kalacağımız tek adresimiz oldu. SSofya TchizminaПросто волшебный отель. Расположен в парке. Чистый , вкусный воздух, полное умиротворение. Еда в ресторане восхитительная. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый (немного подучить английский). Бассейн чистый, большой , очень комфортный. Минус один-нет меню на английском. В остальном очень довольны, вернулись бы сюда ещё и будем рекомендовать всем.

The famous Iskander kebab cafe is a 3-minute walk away. 1867. It is considered to be the best in Buos Iskander kebab. In the room there is a bathrobe and slippers. For three people only one shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. Breakfast buffet from 8 am

AAazI have been to many hotels as a usual traveler but this one was so unique .The hotel has a very good location , close to everywhere : mini bus , bus , restaurants, Gorukle center , Trio AVM , the stuff gave me a very nice room , very clean , they are ready to help anytime , the staff can speak English , I found all amenities I need with extra as well , they even offer a good and rich breakfast, the view is just wonderful from the 6 th floor , there a relief once you go inside the room , so calm and so relaxing, they take all cautions due to the pandemic . I would give all stars to this hotel , an amazing stay , I would come here again for sure , I love it .

ЕЕлена Екб.They traveled by transit from the Aegean coast to Istanbul Airport, stayed for a night. Choose a place next to the shopping center to rest and buy something, and not to go to the city at the same time. The hotel is not new, but cleanliness and service at a decent level. Breakfast is also quite diverse, not luxurious, but choice is. The customer-oriented service, the requests are responded adequately, the number was given higher, as we asked, allowed to leave free later, as we didn't manage. The Internet worked without interruptions, including in the room. In general, for transit or business trip I would strongly recommend, for recreation is unlikely to suit, the place is very specific - around the track, shopping and industrial zone. And another big minus - the pool works from 14.00 to 22.00, from morning there is no ability to swim. It is strange. And in general, the hotel is not bad. quiet, clean, quiet.

GGuest UserVery average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in.
I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically?
The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.
