i was disappointed at the delay to check in. trip.com card declined so i was stuck in the lobby for hours. and all they did was offer me 2000 coins. not satisfied at all

去芝加哥奧特萊斯大約幾公里，開車還是很方便的，早餐很好，有肉餅和雞蛋餅。人不是很多。很安靜，房間很大，停車免費；但説實話以後專門開車來芝加哥奧特萊斯就很沒必要了，場地很大但很多商家關門了，價格也不比市中心的店便宜，質量很一般都是越南和印尼產的，沒意思！

Great location, within walking distance to restaurants and a shopping center. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking was a plus, making this a high-value-for-money option.

We had a ok experience. The receptionist we had was not friendly,it seems as if she had an attitude. The room we booked shower wasn't working. So i went to the front desk to notify them and was told is was no more rooms available. She was mumbling under her breath and i told her we needed a working shower. She eventually gave us another room and said oh well i'll have to give you someone elses room. When we checked out the manager was friendly and kind.

Hotel was clean very good location

I have stayed at this place several times over last 2 years and I see improvement. The common areas no longer have an odd food smell. My room smelled clean and had nothing wrong with it. 2 years ago that was not the case. This is a fair price for a convenient location. Its not as fresh as the new hotels in the area but if you are on a travel budget then this place works. There is nothing for kids to do in the area so I wouldn't bring a family here. The new management team is doing a good job and I will stay here again.
