"I would not stay there again only because of the way jennifer talked to me when we went to breakfast. I asked her what kind of bacon was this and she said what does it say like i’m illiterate and can’t read. I reported it and it was like they didn’t care. It clearly didn’t say that’s why I asked because I don’t eat certain meat. It took more effort to be rude for no reason at all than to just tell me what kind of meat it was."

"I had a Third floor room  Room 304 I’m 63 years old and had to take 2 Flights of stairs to get to my room Because the elevator was broken and didn’t work…. I was okay but it was tiring There wasnt any mention that I needed a 50 dollar deposit on a card required because they don’t except cash the nfront desk person insisted it be 50 dollars I had 48 in my card so I had to take an uber to make a deposit so i could get the room I was frustrated that she wasn’t more understanding I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone"

"3rd party booking sites almost always default to a handicap room, I have never had a problem with getting switched to a comparable non-handicap room at check-in, until now. The only way I was going to get switched, was to pay more and "upgrade". Word of caution to anyone needing a handicap room at this Red Roof, there is absolutely no way these rooms are ADA compatible (shower stall is too small, without grab bars or a removable shower head. There are no countertops in the bathroom. No electrical outlets that are accessible without getting on your hands and knees). No breakfast, TV is via FireStick with serious bandwidth issues (constant buffering and rebooting), extremely thin walls (you will hear everyone else), no refrigerator, no microwave, not even an ice bucket or cups."
