Super big room and clean. Only thing I was concerned is the curtain. Only one layer can close, the other layer is for decoration only. It is not thick enough esp. when I was given a level 1 room facing car park. With room lights on (2nd pic) and off (3rd pic), the curtain is a bit transparent. I had to do all changing in bathroom although I suppose to have full privacy in my room. Also, morning light penetrated through, made me waked up even earlier than the alarm set.
Another thing to share is about the noise. I saw other reviews that Aircon is noisy but I find it is normal. The noise came from the fridge, which I usually power it off.
Checked into Best Western View of Lake Powell.
This motel is quite a distance from Lake Powell, so you can only admire it from afar.
However, the scenery is absolutely beautiful in the early morning, though it's also freezing cold.
Parking is always free at US motels, and most include a complimentary buffet breakfast.
It's typically a simple American breakfast: toast, butter, coffee, bacon, and a fun self-serve waffle station.
An ordinary hotel, nothing particularly special, but overall it matches the price you pay. The facilities and services are quite basic, yet reasonable for the budget. It’s a decent option if you’re simply looking for a place to stay.

Our stay was far from positive.
First, check-in was a hassle. We had to use an online check-in machine, and the person assisting us was very difficult to understand, largely because the sole staff member present was busy on a phone call.
Our room was an accessible one and, unfortunately, situated directly opposite the kitchen entrance. Unlike most other rooms on the floor that were carpeted, ours had tiled flooring. This meant we could clearly hear every kitchen trolley and all luggage being wheeled past.
The pool was closed for all three days of our stay, reportedly due to chemical issues, and we were repeatedly told to inquire about its reopening. This was particularly frustrating, as the pool was the main reason we booked our stay.
Finally, despite breakfast being advertised until 9:30 AM, by 9:20 AM, essentials like sugar and milk had already been cleared away.
Suffice to say, we won't be returning.
