Excellent. Efficient and friendly staff. Great location right on the main square. Good breakfast with nice ambience. A nice bar downstairs with a relaxed vibe in the evening and great to have a last drink before bed. Super value-for-money. We would definitely like to visit here again.

Prijs kwaliteit prima. Zeer kleine badkamer en de gehele kamer kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Maar voor stedentripje goed te doen. Ontbijt beneden in het sfeervolle restaurant gedeelte was netjes verzorgd en er was vriendelijke bediening.

This was the cheapest private room I could find in the area, and it was ideal for sightseeing around Haarlem because of its central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the wifi was good. The room needed a deep clean though, and everything seemed old and outdated. The TV was too small and I couldn't get it to work. However for the price (considering the cost of everything in Holland) I can't complain too much.

Only stayed in Haarlem for one night then moved onto Amsterdam for another 3 nights. Wish we had stayed in Haarlem. The city itself is wonderful, great architecture and buildings. The hotel is situated right in the centre and perfect for exploring the city. The hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. We were able to leave our bags and pick them up later when we checked out. The hotel was clean comfortable and very reasonably priced. The shower in the room was great. The breakfast (included in the price) was fantastic. A lovely selection of meat cheese eggs bread juice cereal. Went for my 50th birthdayand shall be going again and staying in Haarlem for longer. All in all a great trip

Het is weliswaar een goedkoop hotel, maar er zijn toch dingen die volgens mij niet kunnen. Ik kan mij vinden in het feit dat de entree en de gangen ongezellig aan doen. Dat de kamer an de kleine kant is. Zo ook de tv, waardoor je vanaf het bed de beelden niet goed kan zien. Dat er maar een nachtkastje is. Dat de kamer rommelig is ingedeeld met een open kast, een stoel op de plek van een nachtkastje en een tafeltje in de hoek. Wat ik niet kan accepteren is dat het toilet geen deur heeft maar een klapdeur naar het slaapgedeelte. Dat er bruine, verroeste, erg hete verwarmingsbuizen door de wc lopen, waar je je billen aan kunt verbranden. Dat de voegen in de badkamer bruin zijn en dat de aparte kranen bijna niet af te stellen zijn zonder je handen te verbranden, omdat de warme kraan erg heet is. Ook als je die maar een klein beetje open doet. Wat ik nog erger vind is dat de nooddeur naar de brandtrap gewoon open is en dat mensen daar misbruik van maken door op de brandtrap te gaan roken, waardoor wij, als wij het raam open doen, in de rook liggen. Het ontbijt daarentegen is goed.

Heerlijk om in Haarlem te zijn en dan wakker worden en aan een ontbijt waar alles gewoon is. Ommeletje, verse broodjes, goeie vleeswaren en hete koffie. Mijn dag begint goed zo. Het uitzicht op de Grote Markt maakt dan ook dat je na je ontbijt gelijk naar buiten wil. De Kamer die ik had (1 persoons) had een fijne douche, qas simpel maar schoon en heel belangrijk! " de gordijnen gingen soepel dicht en verduisterde goed.

Fijne plek en uitvalsbasis om Haarlem te ontdekken. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer niet ruim maar wel goed en schoon. Goed ontbijt waarbij je niks te kort komt. Kortom goede plek om in Haarlem te zijn.
