非常差，十一期間禾木 喀納斯 白哈巴幾天住下來最貴卻是最差的民宿房間，欺詐的程度。
1. 很臟：房間邊角、床下一層灰；枕頭頭油味明顯；洗手間地面、馬桶明顯污漬；房間門口隨意堆積着床品，衞生條件極差（見圖）。
2. 房間設施差：電熱水器老舊，甚至後半夜開始自己漏水（小水流，非滴水）。關也關不上，還擔心有觸電風險，水聲很吵導致晚上沒睡好，早上也沒有熱水。
3. 環境差：房間緊靠餐廳，小木屋隔音不好是共識，晚上用餐客人大聲聊天的聲音聽得一清二楚，想好好休息是完全無法達成的。
4. 預訂頁面寫的夜雨山莊民宿，實際辦理入住是伴山民宿，實際入住是伴山民宿邊上一排明顯舊很多的木屋，掛羊頭賣狗肉。
該民宿還是預訂後無法取消的模式，拿捏的就是遊客即使不滿意也無法取消入住，旺季臨時也找不到其他住處的處境。十一假期1700+的價格卻連最起碼的乾淨、基礎設施可用都做不到。夜雨作為當地的熱門餐廳品牌搞這種坑遊客的民宿買賣，真是什麼錢都有臉面賺。

房間極具設計感，設施完備，出門就是熱鬧之路，晚上安靜，花園美麗，更加暖心的是哈吉米極可愛！早飯麪條好香，加10元就可以換成自助，爬觀景台前美美的飽餐一頓，謝謝！

房間佈置很有當地特色，有地暖在寒冷的夜晚尤為舒服，衞生弄的也不錯，周圍的環境不錯，燒烤很地道，點的一瓶紅方送了冰塊和檸檬，

實際住在伴山民宿 跟哈巴夜雨是一家 房間設施比較新 自動沖水馬桶和垃圾桶 提供一次性浴巾毛巾感覺比較衞生 房間有個小小的榻榻米 兩大兩小入住也不侷促 門口有户外桌椅 坐着發呆也不錯 早餐在斜對面的夜雨山莊 牛肉麪味道很贊

木屋很安靜，到郵局站下車往回走五十米咖啡店辦理入住，衞生沒問題，就是馬桶有點擠。
