Fabuloso hotel, por su personal y servicios, ubicación e instalaciones. Hemos pasado 3 días en Agosto y todo han sido atenciones por parte del personal, y especialmente del gerente Lahiru. La piscina es maravillosa, y las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Sin duda recomendamos este hotel, que además está en la ubicación perfecta como base de las excursiones de toda la zona: Dambulla, Sigiriya, Anuradapura y Mihintale, Polonnaruwa y safaris como el de Mineriya.

This is our second visit to Sungreen Resort. What convinced us to return was their welcoming staff and excellent location. As we expected, the service was outstanding. We enjoyed a variety of Western and Sri Lankan dishes, with their traditional Sri Lankan seafood cuisine being exceptional. The pool, with its fountains, was wonderful, and the garden provide a great atmosphere for those who love reading and enjoying nature. The location was also convenient for visiting most of the popular sites in Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa. I highly recommend this place!

Visited this hotel many times. Service is very good staff is very friendly. Food is good. Pool is with water fountains located in the garden looks beautiful. Rooms are very clean more than adequate well maintained . Lahiru and his team welcome guests and treats attending to their needs doing a grear job. Lahiru is very helpful and arrange village tours to get a different experience. Thank u Lahiru for everything!!

A nice hotel with probably the nicest pool of all the hotels we stayed in whilst holidaying in Sri Lanka. It was clean large and surrounded by a nice garden. The staff are really friendly and try to make your stay nice. The rooms are a really good size and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms are a little dated and could do with a refurbishment, as could the gym. Food was a bit hit and miss. One night we had a great bbq and local food the next and not that great buffet. Good location near to a lot of the Cultural Triangle places.

One of the best resort of our trip in Sri Lanka! We are Francesco e Beatrice from Venice (Italy) and in August 2024 during our travel in Sri Lanka we spent a night at Sungreen resort…it was amazing!! The location (with a beautiful illuminated garden and a swimming pool open until the evening), the position (near to Sigiriya), the room (very comfortable and clean) and breakfast and dinner with a varied and very good buffet (coming from italians, it’s a guarantee )…everything perfect!! But the most beautiful thing was the kindness and the helpfulness of Lahiru and the whole staff from the traditional welcome ritual until the check out always with a contagious smile!! Highly recommended!!

Situado en las afueras de Habarana. Parking amplio. Excelente piscina y jardines alrededor. Desayuno buffet muy variado y apetitoso (salvo el café que era pésimo. Puedes pagar y te hacen un expresso). Internet solo en recepción. Agua caliente, AC, minibar…todo OK. Por la noche pedimos platos de la carta que trajeron a la habitación (ojo con el steak-sandwich porque está incomible de tan duro). Personal muy bien. Mosquitos on fire.
