設施：久了，住三天換三次房，🥵
衞生：第二次換房地上有牙線
燈也壞，暗了一排，服務員調了，一會兒又不亮了空調也壞，第二天睡得滿頭大汗，大姐説面板有問題，明知道有問題還開給我嗎！電視時不時要叫人來調，門也壞，關了不用卡能開，換了鎖衹有總卡能卡
管理層不在乎顧客入住體驗的，管理麻木了

環境：有辦公桌，燈光愜意，寬敞
服務：近幾次的前台感覺很冷漠，臭臉，説實話會影響心情
