For an overnight stay, it's fine, but the hotel is not new, the room is small, there is nothing in walking distance. We stayed after the flight to catch up on sleep, but it was hard to sleep, it was stuffy and SMELLING of cigarettes. Nearby, we only went to the old city and tried to find a shopping center to buy the necessary things, but unfortunately we didn't find anything. We didn't even find any supermarkets nearby, there was no fruit anywhere

I was shocked when a room service staff flung opened my door (my 2nd day)when I was changing to go out. My door was locked from inside, the Do not disturb was on but the staff opened the door without even warning. I was in my underwear, she, claimed she did not see the sign.. I was so shocked ,the door was locked from inside. I didnt know service staff could just opened Guest rooms at her own discretion, voice my displeasure to the Manager on my way out but she did get back to me after claiming her staff opened my door even though my Do not disturb was on, sbecause Guests sometimes press that button wrongly. I am really disappointed with their approach. The room service staff wasn't really apologetic and insisted she didn't see the Do not disturb sign! She should have made very sure before opening my door with her set of keys. Imagine the worst, if it was a couple in room and she just flung opened the door!

When we came to Haikou this time, we happened to stay at Yixuan Anlai Hotel. We searched online for hotels close to Qilou Old Street and found this hotel. We didn’t know about it before, so we booked it for one night with the idea of ​​giving it a try. Super satisfied with everything here. It is recommended that everyone must stay here when coming to Haikou, because the hotel is in the city center and the price-performance ratio is very high! The service is good, the rooms are comfortable, and there is a free washing machine room. In short, it is a perfect place to stay in Haikou. So I decided to stay in this hotel again on my return trip.

This time I stayed in the Japanese couple room of Jiajie Hotel on Jiefang West Road, and the experience was really great! 96 yuan a night, very cost-effective. As soon as I walked in, I felt the comfort of the hotel. The layout of the big room was very warm, making people feel like at home. The front desk service was particularly good, warm and friendly, and all kinds of problems during the stay were solved in a timely manner. When I left, they also helped me get a taxi, which was really meticulous. Here, I felt the real caring service, and I will definitely come again next time if I have the chance! Recommended

The room was upgraded for free to a one-bedroom with a living room, which was very spacious! The air conditioning was great and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great and the buffet restaurant was delicious! The restaurant also had a view of the sea, and I will come again next time~

We were faced with typhoon yagi during the trip but we only know of the typhoon until day 2 when a taxi driver told us about it. There was no mention of anything from the hotel staff. As a foreigner, we would have appreciated if the staff could have warned us us about it so there are still time for us to make plans. Also on the 2nd day we only realised that there’s a group chat for the guest and hotel staffs for better communication of the typhoon announcements, again, we were not communicated about this group chat. Other than this, everything was good. I was truly disappointed about not being notified of the possible typhoon.

This is one of the best hotels with natural hot spring water in Haikou, Hainan, I ever stayed with before. It always comes across in my mind whenever I visit Hainan. The environment atmosphere is excellent with full of convenience shops, supermarket and shopping mall surrounding. The services rendered by the hotel's staff are excellent too with the patience and friendly attitude toward the guests. It always make the guests to feel ease and comfort staying in the hotel. Excellent !!

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!

Great location. Small but enough space for a short stay. Even had a desk and side table. Clean and with great view from the roof over the old city streets. Nice charm. Big plus. Elevator to get up to the room with lots of luggage. 🤣🤩.

We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay
