I found this store in the middle of the night at the port. It was very close to the port. I took a temporary rest for one night and slept very well. The dishes in the restaurant downstairs were very delicious!

Hey, the Consumer Goods Expo in Haikou is really lively. I finally booked a room at Chenhui Hotel nearby. I experienced it for one night. The service was good. The front desk lady also introduced that there is a hotel that provides buffet. The next day, I went to the restaurant on the 3rd floor for a delicious breakfast. The products are rich. My favorite boiled eggs, corn, and local sweet potatoes are all delicious. The environment and sanitation are also good, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is newly renovated and looks very high-end. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. There are four pillows. The sheets and quilts are very white. I woke up with a very fragrant sleep. The price-performance ratio is very high.

Good large room that is similar style to a Studio Apartment. Has a good open feel to it. Has a kitchen area however has no cooking utensils or items other then some cups and a kettle which suited my needs. There are many snack foods, restaurants and shopping places across the road at the Yuanda Shopping Center. There is a washing machine and laundry liquid is provided. Very handy indeed. And the smart toilet is an interesting experience. You will see. Access is from behind the front of the building facing main Road. Walk to the back area then enter the lobby and take lift up to the 10th Floor and find Bella smart hotel office down the corridor. The staff in that apartment made into an office, will check your booking credentials and ID and give you your room card. Easy. And the gentleman was very friendly even when we where using the translation APP as my Chinese isn't so good. NOTE: Only certain lifts go to the higher floors and sometimes may have a little wait for it to arrive. Cleaning staff are also friendly and always offered more water even if I didn't need them to clean the room. Close to convention and Exhibition Center as well. Walking distance about 15 mins away.

The location is really yyds. It is too convenient to be close to the big and close. It is mainly not noisy at night. It is also very close to the beach. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. You can go to the beach at night. Clean, refrigerator, washing machine The front desk lady is very enthusiastic about the service

The girl at the front desk upgraded the room for free. When the weather is good, you can see the sea. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good during the two days I was on a business trip in Haikou. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel service was good👍👍👍

A very convenient hotel. There is Yuanda Shopping Mall nearby, which is just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel lobby is quite grand. It feels relatively quiet and not too noisy. The breakfast is pretty good, with a full range of varieties! One small suggestion is that the curtains in the room cannot be completely closed, and there is a gap left by the card slot on the top. I hope to improve the details.

I came to this hotel during the summer of 2022, and they were working on the beach, but we still had access to it. I wanted to return because it was a very relaxing experience. I returned for the 2023 Spring Festival, and it was even better because the beach had been renovated. This trip was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would return to Haikou Shangri-La because the staff and other guests were friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean, and I was upgraded to a suite for free. It was very comfortable with my children. The breakfast is very rich, which solves the problem of eating. The swimming pool is very clean. My children come here every day to play in it and refuse to come out. Next to it are the hot spring pool and fish therapy pool, which are clean. When you soak in the hot spring, someone will bring you warm water. The service is very good. I will come again next time.

Came here with friends for CNY. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the room was really spacious. The bathtub really sold this room for me. Simply amazing. The beach is right across the street which can be a big plus but unfortunately, the weather was not the best so I didn't visit at all. The downside of this location is its a bit away from bars and restaurants nothing is walking distance. The staff was really nice and two people were able to assist in English. I forgot the names but they were super helpful.
