I must commend the attentive service provided by William Wu at the 33rd-level breakfast restaurant, which truly enhanced my mornings and made each breakfast a delightful experience. The breakfast spread offered an extensive range of options, from local delicacies to international favorites, catering to every palate. If you booked via CTRIP攜程, you will receive a complimentary dim sum for breakfast and welcome fruits upon checkin. I will definitely be recommending Hilton Haikou to anyone visiting the area. Without a doubt, this will be my top choice for accommodation whenever I return to Haikou.

This hotel was found by my husband on the Internet. I went to the front desk to see the room before deciding to stay. The check-in experience was very good. The room was very spacious. The whole hotel was uniquely designed, stylish and avant-garde. It was very cool and stylish. The small smart housekeeper let you have a brand new experience. The projector is also very fashionable. I watched a movie of Jackie Chan (forgot what name), mainly like to see the two foreign stars inside. The front office supervisor (Mao Yakui) looks very good, but the reception work is very professional, making the guests feel very warm. In short, it is a recommended hotel, especially young people will love it.
