位置很方便，去高鐵東站，騎樓，雲洞圖書館都很近，房間比較乾淨，關鍵是空調冷氣很足很舒服！

第二次住了，基本都是常住人口，優點是客廳很大，還有餐桌沙發這些，開門密碼和nfc弄的門禁卡都不好使，還好我就住一天沒什麼影響，總體挺好的。

出小區步行5分鐘，就能到大商場，陽光城。裏面的東西走mt的話，好吃😋不貴。推薦拾味館的海南粉，好評還送一杯椰奶。超級好喝，整體套餐性價比超高。陽光城超級大，應有盡有。
傍晚6點坐公交去假日海灘，吹吹陸風，很舒服。
