Because I wanted to take my kids to Nanda Night Market with my friends, we chose a hotel close to the night market. After looking at this, it seemed to be okay, so I booked two twin rooms. There are many food shops near the hotel. The entrance feels a bit shabby when you enter it. The air freshener you spray is still too strong and smells bad. There is an elevator, and the soundproofing of the room needs to be improved. I often knock on the door from the next room and I think my friend is looking for me. The curtains in the hotel really don't block light. It's fine at night. In the morning, the room is very bright with the sun. It's too dazzling. I can't even sleep for a while. Not. At 6:30 in the morning, I thought it was 9-10 o'clock. I hope the hotel will pay attention to this. It is estimated that the walls were painted and the room was renovated not long ago. It doesn't look dirty or old. There is no dry and wet separation in the toilet. To be honest, it's not worth the price...

My family is delighted to have chosen Pullman Hotel in Haikou. The hotel is located strategically close to most of the attractions. The breakfast spread is good with varieties and dinner served mostly seafood. Special shout out to Manager on duty, Joofee Xin for good attention to details and she has been constantly offer her assistance when I needed help. I will stay in Pullman again if I come to Haikou next time.

Great location. Small but enough space for a short stay. Even had a desk and side table. Clean and with great view from the roof over the old city streets. Nice charm. Big plus. Elevator to get up to the room with lots of luggage. 🤣🤩.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful area of the city. Generally, the common areas are well-maintained, and the service offered is of a high standard. The rooms are large and spacious. In our case, the view of the sea and Haikou's skyline was marvelous. The breakfast was good but not at the level of what we experienced at the Intercontinental in Beijing. As for areas of improvement, I would suggest adding smart TVs and hiring more staff proficient in English.

The location is great. There are places to eat and shop around. All the popular snacks are nearby. Just a few steps away! It's also quite quiet at night. I'm quite satisfied! I will choose this restaurant again when I come to Qilou! The price is also reasonable!

The front desk staff greeted us warmly, checked in efficiently and quickly, and patiently answered all our questions about the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions. The hotel's rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the sheets and quilts exude a fresh scent. The facilities in the room are complete, the air conditioning has a good cooling and heating effect, the TV programs are rich and varied, and the network connection is also very stable, which is very important for guests who need to handle some work affairs or leisure and entertainment. The hotel's catering is also commendable. The breakfast variety is rich, covering all kinds of Chinese and Western food, from fresh fruits, bread to hot dishes, porridge, etc., every food is fresh and delicious. The public areas of the hotel are also well maintained, the elevator runs smoothly and quickly, and the corridors are quiet and tidy. In addition, the location of the hotel is also relatively convenient, there are many shops and restaurants around, and it is not far from some famous attractions, so it is very convenient to travel. This place is great. Very clean and everything is new and hi-tech. A robot brings your orders to you right to your room door. Smart toilet seat (warmed-up at all times). Motion detector-activated night lights. Smart mirror. I twisted an ankle playing polo on the 2nd day of my Haikou stay. And, instead of having a nice tropical vacation, had to spend almost 3 weeks in bed in my hotel room, barely able to walk. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me cope with the injury. They were giving me Hainan specialty foods, like coconut candy and coconut chips for free. Special thanks to 1) the Front Desk staff. All of them. 2) the 7th Floor cleaning ladies. They cleaned my room daily, while I actually had to sit in the room, as I had a hard time walking. They showed simpathy and understanding and were wishing me speedy recovery every day. On the check-out day I had an early morning flight to catch, so I checked out at 4am. The front desk girl gave me for free a pack of milk, a packed cookie and a pack of nuts so I could have a quick breakfast. I didn't even ask for that, so thanks.
