This is the most satisfactory hotel in Haikou. The decoration and facilities are very good, and the hygiene is also very clean. There is nothing to complain about. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is very close to Sun Moon Plaza on foot. The floor is also a high floor that we like. The room overall is good. Bed and pillow super comfy. Need slight improvement for cleanliness as some part of the floor is kind of sticky. Breakfast in acceptable range as options are quite limited. Service standard by all hotel staffs could be further improved. Anyway, extra credit to the lady manager at morning shift which is extra helpful and friendly. The location is good and convenient. Very near to eateries and convenient store.
